Great. Was given the actual company contacts, they solved the back left and right drawer slide support systems. All good. Great products for what I am doing. “Multiple problems with very simple order and inefficent support”

I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.

I bought cabinet pulls that were described as being 6" center to center. What they didn't say was that the pulls were SUPER THICK and HEAVY! I've never seen "cabinet" pulls like this before and can't even imagine what you would use them on. Then, to return them, I have to pay for shipping AND a restocking fee. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Not great. I could not speak to a living person. I needed a knife hinge. I could not find out looking through you inventory. Your chatbox machine was no help.

In my frustration, I decided to try a Euro hinge which I ordered from Cabinet Parts. It was to big.My fault. Now I need to return it. Help!

This order was a 2nd order for parts from CabinetParts. First order was fine but a little slow from order until delivery. The parts themselves were perfect. This order was also slow in arriving. The order is a repeat in parts so I'm confident they'll be fine (not installed yet).

We had a cabinet door hinge break and after 2 trips to Big Box stores that didn't result in a correct replacement hinge, I found Cabinet Parts online. I followed the instructions to select a hinge, ordered it, and a week later installed the CORRECT hinge in the cabinet door. An exact fit! Happiness reigns in the kitchen again.

Follow the directions to receive the correct hinge.

It has been 26 days since I ordered some cabinet hardware from Cabinet Parts.com. It has not arrived. I tried to find contact info for this company but it seems the only way to communicate is with email. So, I write an email stating my problem: "I have been waiting over two weeks for the product and it has not arrived." The response I get this:

Your order was delivered on Oct 21,2021. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Really? Problem solved? They state my order was delivered! No, it was not, no assurance that this will be looked into further, nothing.

So I write again and I get a message that they have received my request, they will look into it and get back to me.

I reply stating they did not address my problem, they did not even acknowledge that I did not receive the order, no confirmation of a delivery notice, nothing. I get another email stating that my order has been replaced and the system will be updated. I have to wait again for a reply

All of this could have been resolved with a simple photo call but to save money they are one of the many establishments that decide to inconvenience their customers by having to communicate through emails.
I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience.

Placed an order with CabinetParts and before placing my order spoke with a guy as I wanted to make sure the pulls were available for immediate delivery. He checked and told me all looked good, place order now and you will receive. I placed my order and then 2 days later, received an email stating that my order was on backorder for almost a month. I emailed and called and finally they replied to my email as I wanted my order cancelled. Their email said my order would be cancelled. I emailed them again as I never received a full refund for something I never received. At that point, they just disregarded my emails. This company is great at taking your money but when it comes to a refund, get in line... a very long line where you will hear nothing! Beware and my recommendation, stay far far away from this company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company if at all possible. While they have a great selection, they are dishonest in their handling of returns and refunds. I returned an order (I had misordered a couple parts), and when I didn't get the refund as expected when the return was delivered, I asked why there was a delay. They told me it could take "7-10 business days" to receive a refund. Fine, so I waited. ONE MONTH LATER I asked again where my refund was. After SEVERAL MORE DAYS I was told it could take an additional 48 hours. Stay far, far away from this company.

Somehow shipment was lost by UPS- Cabinet Parts customer service issued a replacement order - turned out an hour later the order was delivered- so we were able to cancel the replacement order. I would recommend Cabinet Parts to others.

Cabinet door hinges worked flawlessly, along with easy adjustment settings. My new silverware Maple drawer with Blum undermount drawer slides, very much "FIRST CLASS" slides, was quite simple to install and after a few minor adjustments is now my favorite drawer to use. The CABINET is not what you receive when you order plate rack.
You get about $10 worth of dowels. They didn't take a return. Don't waste your money. Go to Lowe's and buy dowels. RIP OFF
