My order was received promptly. The order was correct.

Will not be purchasing from here again. Pricing was high for one hinge, shipping even higher. And to top it all off, the hinge didn't fit.

Nothing of note, ordered by stuff, got what I ordered with no issues. Everything came in good repair. Would order from them again

Purchase $70 of parts on Aug 22 for ship on Aug 26 po P*******. On Aug 26 received email shipment delayed to Sep 26. I went online immediately on Aug 26 chat and requested cancelling. I have copy of chat summary. Told I would hear on cancellation. Heard nothing. On Sept 18th saw they had already billed me on paypal despite Invoice claim billing with shipment. Filed claim with PayPal for refund. Send another email to Cabinet Parts with copy of Aug 26 chat request for cancellation. No response. On Sep 28 received another notice from CabinetParts that shipment delayed until Oct 19th. Again contacted. No response. On Oct1, received parts. Of course, I had finished my project month earlier. PayPal denied claims as delivery occurred. I filed return and sent back paying $40 UPS shipment. So I am out $110 so far. No communication from CabinetParts. I am writing off the $110.
Nov 2020 update. I did find a partial refund that I think is 80% of the original amount credited relatively promptly to my account. So only out about $60 now. Bumped to 2 stars.

Several times now, you've been my go-to service for figuring out what hinges I have on cabinets in my 20 year old house, and ordering modern replacements. They arrived and were installed smoothly, thanks.

I cannot thank your on-line specialists enough for locating the correct replacement hinge for our 25-year old kitchen cabinet. You were much more prompt than I was in getting around to install it! Works perfectly.

Shopped before & had great result. This time there was a delivery issue. Contacted customer service and received assurances the interim fix would be received Friday, not received until Sunday. No help at all.

Damaged product sent to me and they refused any replacement or refund. I won't deal with companies like this, and neither should anyone else.

Order came missing multiple items, customer service has been unbelievably slow to to respond. At this my order is still incomplete and not sure if I will ever receive it. I understand with the the pandemic things might be a little messed up, but I haven't had anywhere near this bad of an experience before. Highly disappointed.

Barrel was larger than original. Length was adjustable, just pry off end piece. New parts don't fit old hardware. Wish it did

Received in a timely manner. But I've been waiting for an email back. I think they see the wrong parts. So unfortunately I had no cupboard door on my corner cupboard all through the Holliday s.

This is a great retailer with a wide product selection and fair prices, that become quite competitive when they're having a sale. Shipping costs are also reasonable. Order fulfillment times are very good (at one day).
