I called twice...Left call back number twice...No response No call back...I e mail maybe twice, definitely once...It took two days or more for me to get a response and instructions on how to return...BUT what I wanted was a little help in ordering the correct trash can because what I ordered was not the right one...I still need an exact match and not sure how to confirm its correct before ordering...I don't want to keep trying and getting it wrong again and continue to waste shipping payments... So if anyone reads this, and cares to help out... please just e mail me back

Ease of shopping a plus and clip price was acceptable; although hinge options Did not offer 7/16" Overlay that I needed.
I thought shipping costs were a bit excessive -- over $9.00 for an item that weighed less than an ounce.
Overall, good experience. Plan to order again for similar item.

Love these portable rectangle of bright lights for pantry or closet where there is little or no lighting at all.

I just found the part I needed and saved myself a good chunk of change, because contractors just don't want to do anything that is under 100 dollars.

The parts came in a timely fashion and worked - I appreciated the thorough descriptions that were available on the website. Originally, I ordered a similar product from another company that didn't work. I was just trying to replace a broken cabinet glider (original was discontinued) - who knew you needed to examine spec sheets for a company's entire line of cabinet gliders to make sure it would fit the width of the sides of your cabinets (since that particular, vital measurement is not mentioned in the product number or description).

Excellent, so far... This is our first relationship with your company and our future associations are yet to be determined. From our perspective, there are no anticipated issues or problems, but the jury's still out. We look forward to a positive, extended business relationship!

On line web site is misleadingly thorough in its information I was disappointed that the Euro hinges did not include screws and cap which do come with the same item ordered from Rockler. Caps had to be ordered separately. None of these essentials was mentioned as not included on the web page.

Easy to navigate, however, there is no "continue shopping" button when i look at my card. Also, let me know if screws are included with hinges and plates. Would also be good to know estimated delivery time frame. Also, too a really long time to get the order.

I bought wrong size tried to return. The Email referred me to a refund page that my po # would not work. It was a day or 2 between each of the emails still trying to return. They don't accept usps for returns?

This is my second purchase from this site, the 1st went fine. After receiving this order we realized the device was too large to fit into our corner cabinet. I've been trying for 2 weeks to receive authorization to return the item and have had absolutely no luck in doing so. I keep receiving emails from them like this survey, but can't get them to respond to my request!

Easy online shopping. Helpful information. I ordered my pie shaped corner turn table from your directions and instructions. I got the perfect fit. There was a problem communicating with customer service. I honestly felt like they were trying to help resolve my issue, but something was lost in the translation. Hinges were ordered on April 7,2020 and received on April 23,2020.

I received both orders, but they are not installed, since the boxes will not be delivered until Dec. 1-2022

Great experience. To have such a heavy pack of hardware arrive quickly to start immediate installation was easy.

Although the items that I ordered arrived timely, I received no information whatsoever on tracking or shipment confirmation. My contact with the company was equally lacking. Good product, good delivery. Terrible communication.

All in all a good transaction. Customer service was excellent. Order came packaged and padded very well. All 40 cabinet pulls packaged in individual plastic bags and in new condition. Only reason for 4 star overall was slow start in processing order due to out of stock condition that did not show up at order time. Natasha at customer service was amazing. She sourced the part at another location and personally managed my order to completion. I would order from them again.

I needed a small number of replacement self-closing hinges for my kitchen cabinets. I found the correct product at cabinetparts.com and I thought the price was fair. I placed an order and received the package in just a few days. Because I had a good experience with this company I ordered several more hinges, and they arrived even faster than the first. I would not hesitate to recommend cabinetparts.com to anyone who needed their products.

The shelves themselves are sturdy, well built, and well packaged. The IKEA style infogaphic instructions are sub par, but doable with no phone support if you have questions. They claim to have a support chat but it is actually a chatbot that will take a message that a human will email a response to by the next businss day. The 15 screws needed for 100% of the installations are not included **insert facepalm here** (really? You can afford to give us $70 soft close mechanisms, but not a $1 pack of screws?). The optionally needed spacers and restrictors are not included (in fairness, they do state this), but when purchasing, it is typically unclear if you will need them and are not intuitively easy to find to order (fortunately, I did not need them) and they also include 2 green clips that look somewhat like the restrictors, but are undefined and of unknown usage. The youtube videos were good, though outdated (the marking template has changed from a plastic strip to a cardstock paper one which is implemented differently. Mine was quite tweaked from packing and handling, but still usable).

Original shipment we sent to your company was lost even with the post office confirming delivery, so we had an extra shipping cost to send another of our broken hinges.
Doug was able to locate a solution from colleagues at your company, they worked, we are ordering more.
