You had the part I needed at a fair price. You advised me that I was only ordering half a hi GE, but that's what I want. That half has broken on three of my existing hinges.

Precisely constructed materials made the experience a pleasure. Pre-sanded wood made staining easy. My only disappointment was that the tops and bottoms were Masonite.

Easy to order, stuff came on time, all good! These reviews get on my nerves!

Had to order 2 pair because the size was not given. Also, I think the shipping charge and small order charges make the price excessive for what I am getting.

The hinge arrived poorly packaged and bent. If they sent me another one, it would be packaged the same way, I'm sure. I can probably bend it back, or just cut it where the bend is.

It was good, however I would have liked to have spoken to someone to be sure my hinge purchase is accurate. Very pleased received the cabinet door hinge and it fit and works perfectly! Thank you

I ordered 2 lid organizers but by the time I matched up all my pans, I only needed one. When I called to get an authorization # the manager was very rude! I told him I was not even home when the professional cabinet installer put them in & that I only needed one but saw on site " everything must be in original package " I had all packaging, it had been put in only the day before & he said I may not get my money back b/c the packaging had been opened!
I expressed my dissatisfaction & he said I was angry & combative! He was the WORST customer service representative I have EVER dealt with & I will NEVER buy from your website again & I will go online & tell everyone I know your return policy is ridiculous, BUYER BE WARE!

Early delivery, shipping way to expensive. Shipping was half the cost of the product

I don't have any negative thing to say about cabinetpart.com. They have a large variety of parts that a big box store does not have. And for the prices they are very competitive.

I found the perfect baskets for my pantry. I love the look and feel. I did expect the rubbed bronze to be closer to black, but they were a dark brown. Still looks very sharp in my pantry.
