1 star is to much. Definitely a 0 star. Beware. The return is a joke. By the time they deduct shipping fee, returning on shipping fee, and restocking fee from original price, I would end up with $0 and they have the returned part to sell to somebody else. So not cool. Yes, I may have ordered the wrong part or they sent the wrong part not sure at this point. I can't find any markings on part for a number. However, why would I want to order the correct part from you now. First time ordering here and definitely the last.

Great. Was given the actual company contacts, they solved the back left and right drawer slide support systems. All good. Great products for what I am doing. I would highly recommend to give this company a chance they go above and beyond to make your orders right. Thanks to all, and may God Bless you all.

I needed a pair of guides for a computer drawer and CabinetParts was the only store that carried them. They were in stock and delivered in a timely manner; shipping was a tad high but given the odd dimensions of the guides it was OK. The guides are installed and work great.

This will be the first place I look for hardware on my next project.

Purchasing was easy and details were right on. I appreciated the fast delivery time and professional packaging. All items were to specs and were as advertised. Quality products! I'm a satisfied customer.

You made it simple to figure out the correct hinge and order the parts. Arrived in record time. Installation was pretty easy. One possible suggestion would be to have a tab on your website that deals with slightly different spacing on mounting holes in hinge, I was albe to figure out which hole to use and then drill a new hole for the other screw but that might not work for everyone.

Parts were shipped quickly but not individually packaged with part numbers clearly labeled. One was a good fit but not the second. I need to order a couple more but cannot identify which one. Also no screws were included.

I received my parts on time and it was exactly what i needed. Please consider better photos of the parts on your website. I ended up buying both variants because they were so cheap and i couldnt tell the difference from the pictures or description.

Prices were competitive and drawer box quality was great. Delivery of drawer boxes was quicker than expected, given they were custom built to size. Only thing to be ready for is multiple shipping points. We received items from multiple locations in the U.S., so we received several different notifications from the carriers. No issue, just an FYI.

Great product selection competitively priced - at least during sales. Faster than expected delivery, with orders arriving quicker than anticipated in light of choosing the most economical time frame.

I ordered drawer box glides and one of them was defective. I contacted customer service and within a week a replacement glides was on my door step. I am very impressed with your customer service.

The hinge I ordered wasn't the same but it did work and I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered, the website was terrific with all the tools to match the hinge with the 20 year old one

The only negative is the packages seemed to have been opened. The staples were unfastened, and the package resecured with tape that were barely holding the flaps by its strings.

I have not installed them at this time, but the units look as expected. Wood appears in good shape. Time will tell if everything lines up. I have no reason to believe otherwise.

These are nicely slides. But! I'll be installing today so I can only vouch for the quality of the instructions. As a metric fan these are nice.

What you see is what you get. Can't ask for more! Now that Pilot project was successful, the larger project will be supplied by Cabinetparts.com.

Not sure exact hinge size needed so ordered two sizes. Prices were under $2 each and had to pay same for shipping anyway.
