I recently bought screws for my project. These were the perfect size for the glides I Also purchased from CabinetParts.com.

Easy to order from. Received my order within a week. Everything was correct and in good condition. The only drawbacks were there was nothing that said screws were or weren't included. And after the initial credit card payment there was an additional $1.97 charge, with no explanation on what it was for.

Items arrived on a Saturday. I opened the boxes and notice a pair of slides were missing. There was a hole in the corner of the box, so it could have possible fallen out during transit. I left a message Saturday and had a confirmation that the replacement slides were shipped Monday. You can't ask for any better service than that.

Unisoft cabinet soft door closures arrived early enough for me to install them before I went out of town. Easy to install and adjust. My second round. I will be buying more for my Kitchen cabinet doors. Highly recommend.

Item is a replacement part for my existing hinges, had to drill new holes which I was aware of prior to purchase. They fit perfectly!

I had a question on how to replace a part that was no longer manufactured. Scott was very helpful in finding a replacement part and answering my questions.

Having used the VLS 2.0 undermount slides previously, I was confident enough to fabricate my drawer boxes for my current project in advance because I knew I could count on the exact fit once I installed the slides. My only reason for four stars vs five is, I don't understand why the proper screws can't be provided along with the slides? Saves time not having to make extra trip to hardware store just to get the correct screws.

Needed short slides to add some shelf/drawers to a narrow space in my closet to make it more useful being only 14" wide it was too narrow to hang much. At only 11" deep, the shortest slides I found locally were 12" which could have worked but would look odd so I wanted to go the other way and use 10" slides and just let 1" extend past the slide which looks neater. Compared to most places, cabinet parts had them priced low, even adding in the shipping the total cost was under $5 per slide. They seem to be exactly the same as the big box brands and for the closet it allows for easy access so it's now a space we can store less often used toiletries and what not and free up the larger shelving for linens, towels, etc.

The drawers I ordered arrive ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent.

Arrived safely, just wish it could be a tiny bit faster.

Purchased new Hera LED under cabinet lighting to replace Hera fluorescents. Hera designs like for like sizes and connectors so the upgrade can be easy. Unfortunately no one at cabinet parts knew how that could be done exactly so they gave me the wrong part numbers and I had to go figure it out on my own to get the right stuff. Oh well at least they had the right models to sell to me

I received the upgraded version of the part number I ordered, but they should still work. It was easy to place the order and I was kept informed of their status and when they shipped.

I needed replacement hinges for a two door corner cabinet. I provided some info online and Cheryl got back to me with a recommended set of hinges. I placed the order and received the hinges, plates and screws in a few days. She had indicated that I might have to drill new holes which I did. No problem. The quality is very good. I like the self closing feature that prevents slamming the cabinet shut.
It was packaged very well with boxes and a lot of bubble wrap. Working perfectly. Easy install.

I've always received the products I've ordered promptly and in good condition. Their website can sometimes be a little tedious to navigate but their phone support is always there if I get stuck.
