I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
When we recently bought our condo it was evident the kitchen cabinets were last updated over 20 years ago. We had a door hinge that broke and after tracking down the manufacturer they were able to direct us to your company for replacement parts. We received the replacement in around 10 days and were able to re-hang the door without issue. What began as a worry that we'd have to spend a lot of money possibly replacing the cabinet, ended up being a very inexpensive fix. Thanks for being a great resource!

They were very helpful in how to measure my kitchen sink cabinet which needed a replacement hinge.
I followed their instructions on how to replace and install. The doors ended up over lapping each other by 1/16+". I have called at least 5 times to get help as there is not adjustment screw on these hinges. All I get is sent to a chat which says they will contact the core team and an email saying my request has been updated. It also gives me instructions on how to measure my cabinet to purchase hinges. I can not get a live person to call or respond to the problem which i stated in my email. Their POST SALE Customer service is terrible. They insulate themselves with no way to speak to anyone!

Order shipped quickly and arrived on time. One package was drop shipped from distributor. Installation was fairly simple when I became familiar with how they need to be installed. The first was a little tricky, but the rest went without a hitch.

Ordered soft closing replacement hinges for cabinets. Lots of options but their website helps you choose the best parts. Only negative was shipping, it's a bit slow unless you pay premium prices for faster delivery. I am going to order more for sure.

Originally very ticked off with this company - didn't get what I wanted twice in ordering and then had a very hard time getting a human to talk to. But then, a sales manager actually called me and fixed up my problems and sent me what I needed. So, a bit frustrating of an experience at first - but then in the end, they took care of me. Would be a great company if they fixed the initial interface to get service.
Ordered twice from Cabinet Parts. In both cases, it took 3 or 4 business days before the order was fulfilled and shipped. This sets them apart from just about everyone else who usually manages to fulfill and ship orders in about 24 hours. Aside from that, no complaints.
They cancel orders without notification, they are paranoid and won't ship to different addresses (like job sites), and they fail to respond to inquiries half the time when submitted through their "help" section on their website (which falsely claims a 2-4 hour response time)... I don't know about you, but when I'm on a job for a client, I really hate being delayed by the poor service of third party suppliers. After a needless two week delay on my very first order with them, I'm done dealing with this slipshod company and will happily spread my lousy experience with my fellow contractors.
Ordered Sink tip out shelves and hinges. Both showed in tock and ready for delivery. Day after I ordered, received an email saying hinges were NOT available. Shelves arrived and are nice but had to seek hinges elsewhere. Replacement hinges are wider then CabinetParts hinges so now shelves are too wide. Will see how their customer service is when I call to discuss Update to follow...
My order and money was taken almost 6 weeks ago with the website promise of quick delivery. I have still not received my order was refused a refund. Customer service is a run around. The phone number directs you to "live chat" and live chat repeatedly told me "someone will contact you regarding your order." this has happened 4 times now. It's a scam. I'll be contacting the bank to get my money back. Be warned. Other review websites have similar reviews and personal experiences.

Ordered a pocket door track and hardware kit track was bent in transit. Reported damaged part sent a few pictures and they replaced item with no hassles. Their response time was excellent. I need to replace several cabinet hinges which I bought several years ago. Based on the warranty they are free of charge. When I called Cabinetparts.com's phone number I was directed to their website. The company website was useless. HELP and CHAT consist of fixed topics which did not allow me to write anything relevant to my case.

Surprised when my order arrived that it did not include screws for the soft close inset hinges. Even more surprised that shipping charges seem to have a bizarre algorithm to calculate cost versus weight, size of shipping package and carrier.
Wanted some drawers in my workshop. Found drawer slides on your you website that were reasonably priced so I ordered 14 pairs. I have built the drawers and installed all the slides. The slides all work fine, no matter how much weight is in them They need a little push to engage the soft close mechanism but for the price I expected that. Shopping and ordering on your site was great. Shipping was fast. Could not be more pleased. Thanks
Terrible Experience! Placed an order for an item that was supposed to fit based on their description. When it did not, attempted to return but was told the cost of the return would exceed the refund! How's that for customer service? Don't plan to use them again especially since customer service offered no other option.
