I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
My order for two different styles of hinges arrived sooner than CP predicted. Good news as I knew what I wanted having ordered from them many times. Second hinge for a lazy Susan was incorrect and I could sense the rep I talked to didn't understand. Found exactly what I needed on Amazon at 1/3 the price, Bad news. Over the years I have dealt with CP there are two caveats: Know what you want and explain long and hard until you are sure the rep understands. Because the parts may/ usually come from disparate sources, precise communication is essential. Returning merchandise is not easy and often not worth it. Great website though, as long as you know what you want. Be sure the item is exactly what you need.

Ordered Monday and came on Friday to install on newly painted cabinets needed to install before heading home doing a cape cod travel paint job. You guys are always professional. My 4th kitchen ordering your hinges. Thank you.
Customer service did not respond to multiple request regarding a missing part of our order. They finally said (after multiple attempts) that the item was on back order. No communication from them. It is now 4 months later and they just charged our credit card for the item. They are not authorized for this purchase. Shady company.
I ordered soft close hinges and even called and verified they were the right hinges and yet got self closing hinges. Then have to pay shipping and a restocking fee and wait for the reorder to arrive with the the correct hinges. Web sit is not good in that when you click on one size it changes another selection that you made and doesn't warn you that your previous selection has been changed. This is the only thing I can figure may have happened but after I placed the order and called I was given incorrect information on my order.

Be very careful and double and tipple check your selections because you can click on one thing but it can change when you click on the next option and not let you know it changed your selection

Do not buy from this company unless you like to wait almost two months for your parts, only to find out they are the wrong ones (the description & pictures were not detailed enough to make sure we got the correct application).
Once we received the hinges & realized that they were not going to work, we contacted the company to see about sending them back. We asked if there were any charges for sending them back, except paying for the ones we opened, & was told no. But when we finally got our refund (it took them almost two weeks after receiving the hinges back to get us a refund) it was short an additional $18.81.
I have emailed them asking why the additional charge and now they will not answer my emails. Very poor customer service & business practices. They are thieves.
I got all the information I needed to make my order, including the visuals of the parts. It helped me order the exact right size and the exact right amount and I was offered the option to get them quickly or at a different time depending on when I needed them for my job.
It took a while to find a replacement for a broken hinge in my new home. After searching many different sites, I found the correct hinge on this site. The price was reasonable, the hinge rapidly arrived, and the quality was impeccable. Thanks!
Quick service. Product as ordered. Unfortunately I was charged twice for the product.
I received my knobs in good time and they were packaged well. However the website description did not mention that there is a small pointed protrusion on the bottom of the knobs. I cannot use them for the purpose intended due to this spiked protrusion. Shipping cost to return them makes it not worthwhile. So I'm not happy about this purchase.
In ordering a replacement drawer slide, I was asked to give exact measurements, and after doing so, was given the part number that would work. However, when I went to install it, it was obvious my drawer was too long for the slide. After numerous emails with customer service, I was told I had an odd size drawer and would need to cut three inches off my drawer so the slide would work. That was, of course, unacceptable. I submitted a request for return and refund, but haven't had any response in four days.
I first saw a similar swing out pantry shelving, but it was in a custom built home, so I purchased your product which was very close. My pantry is only 24" wide, therefore, I ordered the parts I thought would work for that space. I had to find someone who would take on the challenge, because very little instructions came with the cabinet. The cabinet/shelving is an excellent product. I now have an extremely organized pantry. My friends are now requesting tours to see my pantry.
I discovered that my kitchen cabinet hinges were discontinued, and finding a replacement was very, very difficult. The amount of time Cabinetparts.com put into helping me, was amazing. And they came through.

I had no idea how to replace my 20 year old cabinet hinges with new soft close hinges. After a disappointing effort at my local hardware store, I called Blum and they told me exactly what hinge to use that would replace the current Blum hinges I have. I was delighted, they didn't cost much and came quickly. Excellent service.

Got wrong item and ordered too many of another. They sent the right ones and gave me some credit. That's good customer service. I've spent a lot of money on this site and never had a problem.
One item about online ordering it's hard to get a good picture of some items with just a one view picture view when ordering particularly with drawers pulls.
Also a recommendation would be to group related items as in a particular line of a companies somehow together. I know sometimes it has options basically sizes or different lengths. It was very difficult to order the same item in two different sizes. Sometimes I liked it but then could find a match in a size up for larger drawer. After spending so much time building these cabinets and 18 drawers. And I have to say I'm not in love with the pulls I ended up using. To change them I would have to match the hole spacing. I found one I liked for the smaller length but the longer one didn't match. I eventually just gave up on it.
Just received notice that the hinges I ordered 6 months ago will likely not be filled for another 6 months. Impressed that they kept the order open but very unimpressed with their inability to fill a simple home project order.
I ordered six pairs of over extension soft close drawer slides and they only shipped three pairs. When I asked them to remedy the issue they said they were unwilling to because I had waited to long to ask for the correction. I am out $75 because of a shipping error. I will never buy here again.

I ordered under drawer slides and they seem pretty awesome. I haven't built what they are doing into yet, but I think I'll be very happy. The website 'talked' me into buying a pack of small screws to install the guides but I didn't get them in the box though the packing slip said they should be there. They are only a couple bucks so I want going to bother... But still...
I have contacted them 4-5 times, via chat, phone, website, they have not authorized my return. Search for this company on other sites show similar complaints and abysmal reviews. Do not order from them, this is a scam company.
Ordering the Aventos HL was very easy one I noticed the set builder option. Very happy with this option since the parts can be a bit confusing to make sure you get everything needed.
I saw these hinges, and I've installed thousands of cabinets hinges etc. and I thought it was going to be a pain in the A#! To find them. Fortunately, The Blum logo was on the hinge pic I took and I was able to easily find the correct one. Strange, 2-piece hinge configuration. All I needed was the hinge part to correct the sprung spring on the old ones. Thought I was going to have trouble finding it, but I was wrong! And the price was surprisingly low. Less than 6 bucks!

I received damaged drawer slides. After three days, I am still waiting for customer service to respond. You can not resolve product issue over the phone. The process is to send a email and wait for Customer to Service to respond. Meanwhile my project is on hold waiting for Cabinet Parts dot com to assign my case. This process is a joke. Not likely to every purchase product from them again.
I am building a new house and ordered some shelves from this company.
The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest.
I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much!
Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it.
Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.
