I've tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, but it only works through email. When I reached out, they blamed me for not canceling on time, even though their cancel button wasn't functioning. If I could have done it myself, I wouldn't need to email them at all! Instead of admitting there's an issue with their system, they refused to give me a refund. They claimed their records didn't show my cancellation attempt—of course, it didn't. If the system had worked, I wouldn't have needed to contact customer service in the first place.
