I have to buy a brand in two mg to equal dose of 150mg for my dog. I use California Pet Pharmacy 1) low prices in comparison Vet price, 2) user friendly web site, especially now the now that I am able to create account, 3) the pet meds arrive quickly.

I have been using them for years and their prices are very competitive and their service is excellent and I will keep on using them and suggest that u just give them a try. They are much cheaper than my local vet and it is quick turnaround service

So I must say I was absolutely terrified of actually ordering from CPP due to the awful reviews I read. I was limited on options and I would give them a shot. I had to order Zonisamide for my 15 year old chihuahua that has seizures. From the time I placed the order, to CPP contacting my vet, to me receiving the medication in the mail, it took a total of 4 days. The medication was perfectly packaged and everything looks accurate. I'm very happy with them! Good job CPP!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a pet supply company. These people took my order and money, and never shipped anything to me. So after 14 days of waiting for my dog's medicine I finally called them. They then told me that the medicine was on back order. I canceled the order and then two weeks later just to see if it had some in, "because I was still tempted by their pricing" the girl "Jessica" told me if was in stock and they had lots of it. So I re-ordered it and then 20 minutes later she emailed me saying it was on back order. These people are flat out liars to your face on the phone and offered horrible customer service. They did not call to tell me the item was on backorder, and lied twice to me about it being in stock. Fraud and lies. I will NEVER call or order from them again. Go to 1800 pet meds instead.

I have been using CPP for several years now and have had nothing but good service. My orders have been filled correctly and the deliveries are usually sooner than expected. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends.

This is the best company for pet medications. I use it for my dogs and horses. The service is fast and the products are quality products. I have no problem getting a live person to talk to when I am ordering.

I messed up and forgot to order my dogs prescription before it was almost out, called them and they took care of everything and called my vet to get the prescription, I got it 4 days later, I will order through them for every medicine.

The first time I ordered I received the order in a timely manner and was happy with everything... I thought the price was great for the prescription I was ordering. When I needed to reorder the prescription they took 10 days just to process the order before finally shipping it out. And that was with me calling 2 times checking on it. My dog has ran out of her medicine and I still have not received the order.

Because I have 5 animals in the house, it is important for me to find a place that I can save. And also free shipping for bulk order and that helps as well.

When the vet told me my poor Hercules had problems with his heart and would have to start on medication I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for it. Luckily, california pet was able to get me the same medications but for way less than what the Dr. Stillings office was asking for! Without such low prices I'm not sure if I would have been able to afford his medication for very long.

Always the best price and shipments have always been fast and accurate. I have ordered meds for all 3 of my pups and the prices beat the vet and any other online pharmacy. Shipping within the week when ordering with free shipping and when I ordered expedited due to necessary need for the meds immediately, the meds arrived the very next day.

My veterinarian's office has an online pharmacy, which I had to use to order a new prescription for my cat that local human pharmacies did not carry. I was shocked by the cost and the FEES, so many fees. When I compared the cost to CPP, it was over half of my vet's online site. I've been ordering other prescriptions from CPP for a few years and I've never had any problems and the prices are great. I've already requested that my vet send refills for the new prescription to CPP.

I have used them twice, the first time they completely screwed up, tool forever to send out my dogs prescription after receiving authorization from the vet; I figured it was a fluke and gave them another chance... Bad Idea! The second time I used them, I payed extra for expedited shipping: They called the morning after the order and let me know the vet wouldn't approve the revolution because it was the wrong size, I asked they call the vet back and let them know I measure the flea meds myself, and to call me back if there's an issue... Never received a call, so I figured I should get my meds in a matter of days ( I ordered priority mail, I'm in Cali). Three days later I get an email from them, stating the order has not been shipped and is waiting on authorization! This company is a joke, I will never rely on them again for my pets meds, and neither should anybody else! I asked that they waive shipping, and they said no, so I had them cancel my order all-together.

After calling many vet suppliers, I was able to order azodyl from this company in California. I am so pleased that it was delivered in 48 hours and the ice in the pack was still partly frozen, and the product was kept very cold. I was super pleased and will be ordering from them from now on.

I recently placed an order online with California Pet Pharmacy for the Heartgard Plus in the 51-100lb. Weight range. Later that day a customer service rep gave me a call just to verify I was ordering the correct size since my pet is only 40lbs. And I ended up modifying my order to the lower range. They saved me the hassle of my vet declining the prescription! My order shipped within the next 2 days and received it shortly after! Very pleased with their customer service! Will be back again!

Ive been ordering my dogs heartworm prescription meds from CPP for a number of years and Im always pleased with the ease of ordering, customer service, delivery, and pricing. I place the order and CCP takes it from there by contacting my vet for the updated prescription. Easy breezy!

Deceptive & incompetent is my opinion of this company.

I ordered a product called Premend "10ML" from them early on Feb 25. I paid for Priority shipping. It did not ship for another two days with no notice that the meds would be shipping late. When it arrived on Mar 1, four days later, the package contained a "3ML bottle". Remember this is a medication for my dogs eyes.

When I called them, they made a couple of offers for resolution, including return of the original, none of which helped my dog or that would reduce the time until another package arrived with a return label for the original shipment and quicker availability for my dogs meds.

I would not use this company again.

I ordered Optimmune for my dog, Maggie. This was 5th order. After not receiving it in a week, I called. They told me it had shipped and I should call back in a couple of days. If I did not receive it. Two days later, no meds. Called again, and they told me they had files a case with the postal service, and I needed to wait until the postal service called me. They did, and told me the item was never put into the postal system. I called CPP again. They told me that they did mail it. I told them what the postal service said, and I had to wait another 2-4 days. Finally, I asked for a refund. The girl gave me the refund with no apology. Just told me to have a nice day. Will never use them again, and will definitely tell everyone I know, that buys online, to steer clear of this pharmacy. They suck at what they do.

I have a pet with Addison's Disease, who requires a number of specific meds, in addition to flea and heart worm meds and California Pet Pharmacy is my go to place for everything! I definitely recommend California Pet Pharmacy to everyone I know. It is so convenient to just order whatever meds I need for my pets and they contact my vet for approval. I have used them for years and will continue!

I have a German Shepherd with EPI. Her pancreatic enzymes are available at a reasonable cost from California Pet Pharmacy. I know when I place an order the customer service is prompt in getting the script from the vet and delivery arrives in no more than 3 days at my home for standard shipping. Thats fast service considering Im in West Virginia and theyre in California.

I have 1 dog on CitraVet which is prescription medication. I have done business with them for a year or two now. I had no problems with them getting my orders. They have always been very professional. I have always gotten my meds that I have ordered from them with any problems. They are definitely recommend to do business with.

Find somewhere else to order from. I got to pay 35$ for overnight shipping 3 days later I received my vetsulin. That's not all. I ordered syringes and the alpha trac and on day 5 (paid overnight shipping) have yet to receive them. My dog is diabetic and I have rescheduled my vet apt 3x because of these people... I will never do business with them again and will be spreading the word. I gave them 1 star only because I had to. Ugh.

Ordered for my Shih Tzu the Latanaprost eye drops. The shipping was fast and the cost of the eye drops was way low than a local pharmacy that filled the eye drops when my dog 1st started on them. The cost was $29 less with California Pet Pharmacy. This is a medication that my dog has to use for the duration of her life for Glaucoma. If i had not did my research and found California Pet Pharmacy i don't know how i would be able to afford this medication for my dog as she has to get the drops three times a day. Thanks California Pet Pharmacy for having such affordable prices.
