Don't trust this business. They tried to get my credit card info again after they accepted my order, annoyed me by continuing calling to sell me $15 shipping insurance which should be their responsibility, pretended didn't see my email when i never received my order for my cats coughing after I called them back per their request for address updating and paid additional shipping adjustment, only replied after I emailed them on the 12 th business day after their shipping but never received the order and requested ME to call them back again using the excuse that my phone number was not right while they could have just communicated with my via email on alternative solution as I suggested in emails. They again stopped emailing me back on my full refund request now. The order charged me $1092. And I don't even trust their medicine for my pets! Will mail an official complaint with all the emails records ready on my hand asap to the Adelaide Justice-consumer right and public their wrongdoings and fakeness on all consumer right protection websites that I knew and ever used! Not only for the money but for the JUSTICE

We rescued a special needs Golden Retriever and we knew he was going to be expensive. After years of paying higher prices, we stumbled upon CPP and we are thrilled! They not only have saved us money on the monthly pills our dog requires, they also have excellent customer service and quick shipping.

If i could give 0 stars I would-order not shipped and its been 2 weeks since order placed. Customer Service is pathetic- more interested in covering own butt than actually helping customer. Avoid at all costs!

I haven been going with California pet pharmacy now for three years. I get both my dogs heart work and flea and tic from them. It's so easy when you already have a RX refill number you just put it in pay and they do the rest. Fast shipping, can't beat it.

Awesome company, awesome customer service, prices can not be beat, product shipped immediately and often shows up in 1-2 days. Free shipping for orders over $100 - I would not buy meds anywhere else...

Incompetent. Let orders necessary for my dogs health slip through the cracks one too many times. Long holds on the phone. Have never gotten the website together so you can order on line. Good prices but awful service.

I have been using COP for a couple of years now. Very satisfied with them. The prices cannot be beat. Excellent customer service and quick delivery turn around time. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Recently one of my dogs heart medications became very difficult to find locally. After looking all day for somewhere nearby that has the medication my vet recommended california pet pharmacy. I'll admit I was skeptical considering how cheap they were compared to other pharmacies but they were able to get me the medications I needed when others had failed! Shipping was fast as well!

I ordered a vial of medicine (monthly) which costs me $172.50.
It arrived today cracked and frozen.
They will not replace it. Rude insult.
The best they will do is charge me an additional $86.25 for a new vial ( plus $35 overnight shipping)
Well, NEVER pay them any money or give them any business because you might have to throw your money away in the end.

Maybe something has changed, but I am very happy with California Pet Pharmacy.
The customer service was Excellent! They checked the expiration dates at my request and shipped same day. I received my order in just two days, everything was right including the price. Thank you!

I absolutely love using California pet pharmacy. I've been using them for over a year and have never had an issue with my order. The best part is that I can get my dog's medication for 50% less than what my vet used to charge me!

I love this site. I have been using California Pet Pharmacy for a few years now. Their prices are better than all of their competitors. I have 4 dogs so they make it easy to take care of my babies without going broke! I would highly recommend them!

Since my previous review I reordered a drug my dog will be on for life, and was unaware till a few hours later that the price had increased significantly. I called to ask them to honor previous price or stop shipment. I was told too late as order was in process. They would not issue a partial refund, nor would they match a much lower price I found on another site. Of course I could not return as it was a prescription drug! Lesson learned: always check prices, even of a company you have done business with them for years.

Great online service that has prices that are much better than what I would pay at my Vet. They are close to me in Hayward too so everything comes very quickly. Still waiting on that my account function though.

Now I am being threatened to withdraw my review or they will withhold customer service from me.
Nowhere in my review did I say I was charged $50 for shipping, not they made the ridiculous remark that if I wanted the discount (that I missed on my first order) added, they would then combine my orders and charge me $50.
Which makes ZERO sense.
I have included the email they send me, yes it is real, though even I personally find it hard to believe.

Their price is much cheaper than any other competitors. Usually your orders come in right away. I never had any issues during my few years, as their customer.
I recommend anyone who is looking for a better deal.

Made my very first order with CPP last week and my dogs very important heart medication just arrived, which was great since there has been a shortage everywhere else! It was quick and easy, just provided my vet information and they took care of getting it approved and sent out the very same day. I will definitely be ordering from CPP again!

I've been relying upon California Pet Pharmacy for many years for all of my Great Danes prescription medications. I call during west coast business hours and am always promptly greeted with smile and often recognition of my name. If I call during the morning hours & they have the product I want in stock, which is almost always, they ship the same day. I receive notification emails of placing my order & when product ships.

Great service & excellent folks. Highly recommend!

Great place to buy pet meds. I have been using them for the last 2 years for my 5 dogs. My mobile vet pretty much refers all his clients to them. Living in Florida with fleas can be expensive and I am glad to use California Pet Pharmacy.

Their prices are very competitive, which is primarily why I continue to order from them, but also their customer service has always been friendly and accommodating. I've had items shipped overnight and I have also used standard delivery, which took 5-7 days, as indicated. I recommend this website.
