They charged me $10.00 because the prescription I had was from a doctor, not a veterinarian. Said their terms and agreements allow for this. I complained and they insisted on charging me. Now I have to file a credit card dispute.

I ordered a critical prescription for my cat with cancer. I was told it would ship the same day. A week later when it hadn't arrived, I called them and they didn't even have it in stock; it was on back-order and no one even bothered to call me. Not only that, they quoted me one price and charged another on my credit card. This IS the truth. I would definately go anywhere else!

I have a 13 year old pug with chronic allergies. I have been using them to purchase all the Mess I always need. Very simple and quick. They get the approval from the vet (which is in Las Vegas) and it arrives always on time. I have never had an issue. They have a great customer service too and good prices (I paid 50%less on their website, comparing it with the doctors offce)

This is the most affordable place I've found for veterinary needs. I've been buying my dog's Sentinel there for about 2 years. Great prices and fast delivery and great comparative information about their products.

This is the only place I can get 10 mg omeprazole for my dog. Also, customer service is always very friendly and helpful. My orders always arrive quickly after being placed (and I live in the midwest!)

I try to order most of my pet meds from California Pet Pharmacy now. They save me so much money. Process is very easy and they are very nice and helpful. Helps a senior citizen be able to afford to take care of a pet.

Ordered Droncit for stray cats. Web site showed a bottle of 50 pills. Said 23 mg per pill. Called to ask why I only got one pill and was told it clearly stated 1 pill on site. When I told her what it said I was told that I was the only person to ever not understand that. Didn't offer to send the right amount with free shipping or offer a discount. Just acted like I was stupid.

Do not ever purchase anything from this site!
I have been ordering from this site for years and have always ordered the same thing and used the $100 to get free shipping. Now they want to charge you $10 because it evidently reached a ghostly weight that they now have to charge you. It defeats the purpose of ordering for free shipment.

We have used California Pet Pharmacy for about 4 years and have never had a problem. Orders are sent promptly and whenever we have had to contact them with a question, their customer service staff is always friendly and professional. AND, they follow through with their promises.

I ordered the popular antibiotic Baytril from this company because of the great price. I asked for the flavored tabs like I do at my regular pharmacy every time. After almost ten days, I was told that I would have to take the regular tabs, which are more expensive at this pharmacy, but the same price at others. I said okay, and several days later got a call that they were out of stock. Then another call saying they had only one bottle, not the two that I ordered. It finally arrived nearly three weeks after I sent my order, and since the single bottle was under $100, they charged $8 extra in shipping.

Don't use this pet pharmacy!

I've ordered several meds over the past couple of years with no problems; good delivery time, etc. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my latest order, only to be told when I called CPP that the item is backordered. Has been unavailable all this time and they never bothered to email me so I could try to get it elsewhere. I see from other reviews that this behavior is not unusual.

The last email I got from the CPP was thanked for the order and included a link to check the status of the shipment. The status still says they are waiting on the vet's approval, although, when I called CPP a week ago, I was told the approval had been obtained from the vet and the order would probably ship "tomorrow'. That was a week ago. When it was apparently not in stock all the time.

We had 2 dogs on Deramaxx, one was 80 lbs the other 30 lbs. Both dogs needed the Deramaxx daily, and for those who use this medication, know it is expensive. I checked all the online sites, but no one really came close to California Pet Pharmacy price. They are easy to work with and the medication was always shipped fast. We highly recommend California Pet Pharmacy to all pet owners.

We have been using CPP for the last year for our dogs heart medication. They always get the prescription out very quickly and arrives quicker than expected. We have had no issues and highly recommend CPP.

I ordered Frontline Plus for my two dogs. I ordered a 6 month supply of each. The frontline did not work at all so i called to return or exchange them for a product that will work. They will not do an exchange or a refund because i used one of the 6 vials. They hide their horrible return policy in an inconspicuous place making darn sure nobody ever sees it (which is illegal - if you have a return policy that differs from the standard you are required to post your policy in a CONSPICUOUS place ensuring that the consumer will see the policy before purchasing the product) They are very rude, you cannot call and talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and wait for days for a return call. If I could give zero stars I would. I have nothing good to say about this company.

California pet pharmacy has been the best! My dog sky has a serious heart condition and needs to be on his medication! I was having trouble finding them because my vet was selling them to me way to expensive. I found California pet pharmacy and they have great affordable prices for someone on a budget like myself. I told them my situation and how I need sky's medication asap and if they could do their best to get them to me as soon as possible and how I was running out of time. They were able to get my medication shipped out to me the next day! Definitely sticking with them!

They are by far the best online pet pharmacy available. They make everything painless, they have a great selection, great prices and contact the vet directly - THE SAME DAY! Shipping is fast. I have absolutely NO complaints and recommend them to anyone who has pets that needs prescriptions.

I have not had any problems ordering mu Zoe's medications from here. Price is a lot more reasonable than at the vet. Shipping time is pretty quick. Lovely to talk to on the phone. I do wish that the My Account page was working so that I didn't have to reenter my info each time.

You can trust your pets meds will get to you door in a timely manner. I love CPP. Great prices. My dog is diabetic and requires insulin 2x daily. Vet was charging so much. Then I found CPP, staff is friendly, helpful and informative. I order, gets to my door quick and packaged wonderfully. Trust!

My canine family members heart meds are always expensive but CPP had the best prices for our needs and their customer service was top notch for us. I could only order the meds when I had enough money and sometimes that meant my boy may have to go without for a few days but CPP cared about our situation and more than once they filled and shipped our order same day so we wouldn't have to go without.
