California Pet Pharmacy

I recently placed an order with California Pet Pharmacy. Actually it was 8 days ago. I still have not received the meds and I explained to the girl who took my order that my dog had to have her heart meds refilled and delivered within 6 days. She suggested that I pay for expedited shipping and I did. Still no meds! It's the weekend and I have to go to an emergency vet and pay big bucks. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

I have filled my dog's prescription with CPP for years and never had a problem, and they contacted my vet to get approval. Quick delivery and best price.

I used to always forget to get my dogs medicine every month, and would have to pay extra from the vet. But now California Pets sends it every month right on time without me having to worry about it!

I am writing from Hickory, North Carolina. That's at the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, North of Charlotte, home of The Panthers, NFL. The last time I was in California was in 1969 at the Marine Corp Recruit Depot in San Diego.
I have to say CPP gets our Miniature Schnauzers (4) their meds in less than a week. To me that's very important. CPP gets the meds here quicker that the company up north on the east coast. I don't give out 5 stars very often, so you know I think very highly of CPP.

I have ordered several time from CPP. Always have gotten quick service & low prices. Gonna order from them again, once I get a prescription script from my vet. Thanks guys... You're a good company.

I have been using this company for awhile now. The prices are hard to beat and the auto-ship feature is my favorite. The meds arrive on time, every time with auto-ship.

Great customer service, fast and affordable! When my dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease, California Pet Pharmacy saved me as his medication cost most than twice as much at the vet!

I paid for 24 Hartgard Chewables (4 boxes of 6) and received only 20 Hartgard Chewables:
(2 boxes of 6, and 2 boxes that had been previously opened and hand annotated as '4' with 4 each).
I sent photos of the boxes, description of the issue, original order, and customer service is behaving as though I am a scam artist - because I am asking for the addition of the additional four (4) chewables.
Quality Control, Customer Service, and Resolution are sorely lacking.

First, let me say that their prices seem more than fair. That is the only positive thing I will say. I placed an order and after 6 days of waiting I decided to go look at my order on their site to see what was going on. I had not heard anything from them since placing the order so I was under the assumption that all was good. Go to the site, order cancelled. When I contacted them about it all they told me to do was refer to the first email they had sent me saying ~thanks for ordering blah blah blah, processing your order now blah blah~ so I emailed them back saying that they didn't answer my question at all by referring me to the first worthless email. After that, they decided to actually give me some real info in saying that they do no ship to my state. The only advice they had for me was to change my shipping address to a state that they ship to. Are you kidding me with this crap? So not only did my order get cancelled, but they didn't even inform me about it so I was left sitting there waiting for nothing. Customer service is a joke. Do no recommend.

My 12 year old Anatolian has Cushings Disease. So getting her the meds she needs as soon as possible and at the lowest price possible is very important. CPP has never let me down.

Our allergic dog requires Atopica. When I found Cal Pet Pharmacy several years ago I couldn't believe how much more economical they are than my previous source. Their service is very responsive, too.

I have been ordering Prascend for my friend Katrina's horse Dixie going on three years. The perscription medicine is mailed every 3 mos right on time.

Love their efficient service and the prices are so much better than the Veteranary office. I've been ordering medications for my dachsund's heart issues for about a year.

Medications are always in stock at great prices and quick shipping! I live all the way in Michigan and they get here so quick. Great customer service as well!

I ordered pet wipes for my bull dog. I recived them very fast. The prices were unbelivable. Very resonable. I paid 25.00 at my vet for these and paid 8.00 from calif pet pharm. Love this comapny. Will order from them again. Diane

Orders are processed quickly and mailed. They contact the vet if they need anything from them. When I have had to contact customer service they have been very helpful and friendly.

I had purchased from California Pet Pharmacy in the past. A few months back, I purchased Trifexis for my dog. She had taken it for over a year. Last month I gave her her monthly dosage. Within hours, her behavior changed. She became lethargic, hiding under the bed, and stumbling as she tried to walk. She also vomited several times. I called CPP to get help, file a complaint and to try and get a refund. Also, when the Trifexis arrived in the mail, it was not in the original packaging. It was in a prescription pill bottle. They told me to call Elanco (the maker of Trifexis) and would not issue a refund. They told me that they could not help me. Great customer service, huh? Even Elanco couldn't help me because the Trfiexis didn't come in the original packaging. It took a couple of days for my dog to become herself again. I took her to the vet as well for bloodwork and a urinalysis. I will never buy from CPP again.

I have ordered from many online pet med suppliers. I have found California Pet Pharmacy to be the best by far. It is easy to order, their prices are the best and they have fast shipping!

I use California Pet Pharmacy for my dogs and my horses. Their customer service is excellent and if I have questions they always have the answers. I love this company.

They misrepresent the over the counter products. They would not exchange for the requested item. They charged 20% and returned shipping. The company is a rip off, think twice.
