I have used CPP for a year and they have been timely in delivering my product, usually sooner than promised. Once the product was on back order they informed me and did give the the chance to get another product in it's place or wait on the product. It only took a couple extra days to receive the product. My canine family members heart meds are always expensive but CPP had the best prices for our needs and their customer service was top notch for us.
