I came across Canada Pet Care accidentally when I was just surfing. I looked at the process and bookmarked the site. Today I ordered 2 packs of Advantage Multi from Canada Pet Care. Just to check how much I am saving I added two packs of the same product on another site, which was my regular one. Well, after applying discounts on both the sites, I was shocked to see the difference! I saved $41 on the very first purchase at CPC. I am extremely happy and thankful to them for providing necessary treatments at affordable prices.

I love my dogs - Chi and Yaun very much, so I am very much careful with what I put on them. Your product works perfectly giving total flea protection to my dogs. I am satisfied that I never had problems with my delivery. Thank you guys at canadapetcare.

As fleas are becoming immune to Frontline Plus, I switched to bravecto, the latest flea preventive. I ordered it from Canadapetcare and got it at almost half the normal price. I really appreciate the pricing and discount offers I get here. I recommend it to all pet parents.

I place an order mid December. After 2 weeks of not receiving the order, I called and was told that it was held up in customs coming from Australia. But they couldn't give me a tracking #? Their product doesn't even come from Canada. I called, the following week & was told the same. Called again the week after that and again was told the same thing. The week after that, I called and they sent a reorder. It's now been 4 weeks after the reorder & still have not received the order. I called once again and was told that it was deliver 2 weeks ago & to contact USPS. His order did have a tracking #. They were happy to take my money & cared less that I received their products. I will never use this company.

My issue is transparency. AFTER my purchase on line, and AFTER my money is Their money.then they contact me to tell me the product is shipping from the UK, and may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. It just seems deceitful, not sure why they do this. Just be up front on your site, let consumers make decisions with all the facts BEFORE they buy.

Lisa, my lovely pooch is very outdoorsy. She loves to explore and swim too. But lately she seemed to be very lethargic and was losing weight. I consulted my vet and she said that Lisa was infected with heartworms and fleas too. She recommended Revolution, but I was stunned looking at its price over the counter. It was an emergency, so I bought the smallest pack out of no choice. But that very day I started searching the online stores and I found canadapetcare.com. I ordered Revolution for dogs which was like half the original price. I recently applied it to Lisa and it was great! They have the best prices with on-time delivery and superb service! I am happy to receive K9 Advantix II pack from Canadapetcare.com site. I got this deal at affordable price and started treating my pet for fleas and ticks, as it is high season for this infestation. With K9 Advantix II, all fleas and ticks were killed, and now my pet is free from those annoying pests. I feel very happy to write this review about CanadaPetCare, because you guys save my pet from lots of fleas and my money. I am giving you 5 out of 5 stars.

I called custmer service to findout why my order was late in arriving.the call was answered by some one who had trouble speaking english. After not getting resolution i was transfered to a supervisor. Same problem only more so. After losing patience i asked for the corperate office. He refused to give me a phone number to the corperate office. He then transferred me to his supervisor where i got the same dog and poney show. Canada Pet Care's customer service is not for real customer care. Only a front for the company. No senior supervisor present and no corperate phone numbers to speak with some one using correct english. In addition. Company is not in Canada. Why am i not surprised

My fun loving dog Coco is my life! Before two months, she started losing weight and was not able to digest food. She was suffering from blood stools and diarrhea too. I guessed that she must have been infected by gastro intestinal worms, and treated her with generic wormers. Sadly, there was no improvement to be seen. I consulted a vet and he recommended Milbemax for her. At local pet stores, it was very costly. So I searched online and found canadavetcare.com. I was surprised to see their prices! But, that was not it! All products were on 10% discount and they offered free shipping too. I did not give it a second thought and ordered Milbemax immediately. It was as described on the site, effective and nicely packed! I am very happy with their service. Thank you Canada pet care for saving my Coco!

I placed an order in July for 4 flea collars for my cats since the previous product I'd bought from elsewhere was having little effect, and these collars were close to $70 before tax and shipping from most recognizable places online. CanadaPetCare was selling them for about half the price of places like petsmart and petco, with more discounts on top of that, and I was desperate because the infestations were out of control. Shipping took about 11 calendar days after I placed my order on a Saturday, and all the collars looked legit when I inspected them (they had the batch codes imprinted, which seems to be a sign of legitimacy), and about a month later, the collars have knocked out at least 90% of the flea problem. I'm only buying another one now because one of my cats managed to lose his outside and I don't want to risk re-infestation with the temperatures still about 100 degrees a day. It is weird that they have Canada in their name, the product was an Australian version, and it shipped out of Singapore...but it was a great price and shipping time was acceptable, and I'll return to them when it's time to buy new collars next spring.

I have an oversize mailbox so I can have small items delivery without having to go to post office for pick ups. Postmaster left messege for post office pick up which is impossible for me to get. It opens after I get to work and closes when I leave work. They would not deliver unless I signed for it. After asking why they stated it comes from Russia and requires signiture. Took extra time off from work to pick up meds. Other then that it was ok

I purchased a flea product from CanadaPetCare.com and it was turned away at the border becasue it was deemed an unregistered pest control product, even though it appears to be the same product I can buy at the lcoal Vet for more money. I assumed by the name this was a Canadian company and if not there should be red flags when ordering thiings that do not meet Canadian guidelines, or we should nt be allowed to complete the otrder online. I assume I will be able to get a refund.

I ordered Revolution (selamectin) for 20-40lb dogs. They sent the 20-40kg version. The package came from Singapore. I'm not convinced of the authenticity of the drug. Contacted them for refund - the agents are obviously Indian. Overall seems like a pretty shady company.

I wouldn't recommend ordering prescription medications from them.

It is very easy to browse through this online store. They sell branded pet products at a competitive price without charging a single penny on shipping. Happy to have found this company!

Ordered two packs of K9 Advantix II and 1 pack of Heartgard Plus for my 3 Labradors from Canadapetcare. Was impressed to find these products at the lowest price anywhere, and the free shipping service has saved me extra expenses. Keep it up. I will be back for more of flea and tick treatments and Heartworm preventives for my dogs

This company is based out of the UK with the name CANADAPETCARE. I made an order in Canada for medication for a sick cat. The order wasn't even shipped for 5 days I'm still waiting on the delivery honestly your better off ordering through amazon. When I called to ask about the order I was told "don't worry" and "we understand"

Took between 2 and 3 weeks. I started to worry it wouldn't come before our vacation so I contacted customer service. They responded the next day and have me a tracking #.

Did not ship until 5 days after order... then shipped from UK not Canada...wasn't worth the price.
Still waiting 13 days later. NOW THE SAY THEY CANCELED ORDER AND REFUNDED BUT INSTEAD CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE CANADA PLACE.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERED FROM CANADA PET CARE FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. SOME OF THE PRODUCTS DO COME FROM OVERSEAS BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THEM AT ALL. IT DOES TAKE ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS TO RECIEVE THE PRODUCTS SO DON'T WAIT TILL YOUR OUT OF YOUR PRODUCT TO ORDER. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT BECAUSE OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FROM YOUR VET OR FROM PET MEDS! I LOVE THE PRICES! NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY A BOUT THIS COMPANY.

I liked CanadaPetCare.com as it offers me comfortis at half the price. I certainly recommend it to all my friends to try this site for their flea and tick meds.

Reliable but price on Comfortis is too high. I've selected a different product for less money, but my dogs like the chewable tabs and so far the med seems to be working well.

Bought heartworm meds. Thought it was based in Canada but its based in UK. Did receive item and looks good no bad reactions. Happy but it did take 12 days to receive.
