I'm usually satisfied with my orders, but the last time I ordered, it never showed up. I finally found out that the product I ordered could not be filled. It is still showing as available on the website, so how is anybody supposed to know that it's not available? So now I waited a month to get flea and tick meds for my puppy who has ticks all on her head and now I have to wait another 2 weeks or whatever to get the other meds I ordered.

I have used canadapetcare for over 20 years and have saved a small fortune on the animals. I've never ever got anything that doesn't work. I'd pay so much more at the vet and he hates canadapetcare because he doesn't get paid for each prescription. All my neighbors use canadapetcare now.
We have been ordering from CPC for a while and have had great service. It takes a while to get it so order early but the great prices makes the wait worth it.
We have been getting our dogs their flea and tick meds from Canada Pet Care for a while now. We've not had any issues. Prices are so much lower than we can get from our vet or other online companies. I order well in advance to make sure they are here when we need them. They offer discounts and perks that really save $$
Vets wouldn't prescribe them this at first and it is too costly at the vets around my area. Satisfied with purchase, shipping did take 2 weeks or so.

I kept getting different figures trying to check out and I thought I had checked out once, but never got conformation that I had ordered. Not sure what the problem was. I also don't like you adding the 6.95 fee automatically. Give me an opportunity to choose this service, but if I say no, then don't try to sneak this service in.

Need better communication
It was a bit confusing using the point redemption scale the 2nd and 3rd time I ordered. I missed out on savingS on this orders. I did not lose out today. But now I have a bunch of points that will never get used bc you only allow a limited amount per order... Otherwise I am grateful bc I could not afford this product at USA prices. The site is easy to navigate and intuitively interactive. My 1st order was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. The Bravecto works wonderfully. I cannot compare to US product but my dogs are relieved to be flea free which makes me super satisfied with the results.
I have ordered numerous times from CanadaPetCare. I have a multi pet household that includes barn cats. This site allows me to treat all of them at a fraction of the cost.
Placing online orders have been easy and very convenient but if there is a glitch in the system and you have to call them there is where the problem will be. Phone customer service in my experience was not great but if you dont have to call them, everything would be great.
