I appreciate being able to order pets for the feral cat colony I feed without having to traumatize them with a trip to the vet for something as simple as flea treatment.

I always have a great shopping experience with CanadaPetCare. At times we have had subscriptions for items and sometimes we just buy outright. I've had to contact customer service before for help, and I always have a good experience. I've referred family and friends to the site to shop plenty of times.

I've used Canada Pet Care twice before. Takes a little time so order before you run out. Product is exactly what I'd purchase here for significantly more money. As a rescue, every $ counts. I will use again and definitely recommend. Now if the website was just a bit faster and was easier to use.

This website is fantastic for animal care. It may take longer for it to be delivered to the USA, but the prices make the wait worth it.

1. Tracking number issue
Why is it not possible for your site to inform me about the tracking #?
Constantly do I have to contact you to get this info! I pay for tracked shipping... I should receive the number automatically!
2. Why can I not use 2 coupons at the same time? I received 2 coupons but was only able to use 1!

EVERY TIME I PUT IN AN ORDER I SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM. Yesterday it happened again. I could not get my order in. I got it in today with the correct amount.

I don't like that you have to pay for shipping tracking. I never know exactly when it's coming, so I always order in advance before I run out.
