My online experience, pricing and delivery dates have been great. Would be a 5 star if not for the packaging. I place a fairly large order for my large pack each year. The packages have arrived torn and crushed. Please consider sturdier packaging.

I would appreciate if my 'guest checkout' order/s (one just placed on 11/30) points can be added to my account. I did not realize I had to reset my password and log in in order to receive my points. Seems silly. I'm using the same email address and I'm the same customer for many years.
I would also appreciate a PayPal payment option to avoid a foreign credit card charge from my Visa card.
Finally, I would appreciate knowing the expiration date of the pet products I order. Most of them will be used 10-18 months after purchase and I need them to be effective at the time of use.

One of the times I ordered bravecto I don't think it was working but I continue to order because it's the only place I know to get it reasonably. Most of the times it has worked well. The company used to ship out of Germany which was very good back then. I'm not sure when they switched to Singapore but that is the same year that I ordered that the product did not seem as effective.
The last two times I have ordered products they did not work well. However I am giving it another try since up until the last two orders I have had a good experience with the products I have received

Loved the savings on our dogs Simparica Trio XL. Has been a wonderful experience & keeps our dogs flea/tick free & guard against worms. Have used Canada Pet Care for many years, now. Pretty fast on shipping to USA. So much cheaper than the vets prices.
