I received what I ordered in a reasonable time. The price was fair. The only problem was that I ordered liquid flea and tick whereas I wanted the tablets. I find it is too expensive to do a return unless the product is totally useless.

I tried to order just a few days ago when there was a sale on the meds I wanted. But the site was not working and kept asking for a legitimate address or card number or something but I did it several times to no avail. I even tried to call and I think chat as well but nothing was working right. (not sure about the date I gave below but it was close to the time noted.

It would only let me use $5 worth of points on my order instead of the $22 of points that I had available even though my order total was $78 before using any points.
