We have been ordering from CPC for a while and have had great service. It takes a while to get it so order early but the great prices makes the wait worth it.

Vets wouldn't prescribe them this at first and it is too costly at the vets around my area. Satisfied with purchase, shipping did take 2 weeks or so.

Canada Pet Care emailed me regarding their sale.
I checked my storage area and noticed that I needed to reorder my pets' medication.

I kept getting different figures trying to check out and I thought I had checked out once, but never got conformation that I had ordered. Not sure what the problem was. I also don't like you adding the 6.95 fee automatically. Give me an opportunity to choose this service, but if I say no, then don't try to sneak this service in.

My last order was cancelled due to my choices not available, however i did not receive any notification of this. I had to call to find out.
Need better communication

I have ordered numerous times from CanadaPetCare. I have a multi pet household that includes barn cats. This site allows me to treat all of them at a fraction of the cost.

Placing online orders have been easy and very convenient but if there is a glitch in the system and you have to call them there is where the problem will be. Phone customer service in my experience was not great but if you dont have to call them, everything would be great.

I have been ordering from CanadaPetCare for over 5 years and their service and pricing has always been first rate... Being in America, we have to wait a little longer to receive the meds, but if you plan well, it is worth it.

I have bought from Canada Pet Care for awhile and it always is the best way to go to save money. It's the same products I had to pay from a vet, only it's affordable from Canada Pet Care.

This company does a great job of meeting the needs of my pets at reasonable prices, without burden some prescriptions. Occasional sales make prices even better.

I am thankful I can protect my pets with the products I order from Canada Pet Care, but the delivery, since it comes outside of the USA, is quite lengthy. Additionally, my products, which are in cardboard material, always arrive a little smashed. I do wish Canada Pet Care would select a sturdier shipping container for my delicate packages. Otherwise, very happy with the product and pricing.

My order was lost in shipping. It took me 4 attempts to get it refunded and re-ordered.

Easy to place order. Excellent information about the product and e-mails kept me informed about special offers. I am ordering now due to a 40% discount offered today.

I continue to purchase Bravecto from CanadaPetCare and always receive my order within 10 days, even living in the US. I love this company and will continue to purchase from them!

I've called for advice they helped me out and you can't beat the prices. I took the first order I ever made to my vet and she was okay with it. For my little cockapoo I was spending about $350 a year for heartworm and a flea and tick treatment. I'm now spending about $116 with shipping.

I've ordered flea meds every year and am satisfied with the service. I expect the order to take awhile to get to the US. However, I didn't get the full 10 percent rewards return on my order.

I have always had good luck with Canada PetCare, really easy to use. When we adopted a new family member it was the to go place to order the pet meds.

The products I use for my dogs on a monthly basis, are available and are reasonably priced. They are easy to order from my previous order, it doesn't change.
