I never received a final confirmation within 24 hours of our check-in but live chatted with someone over 20 minutes to be affirmed that our reservation made in August was indeed confirmed. Made me a bit nervous but all worked out.
Contacted Cancelon by e-mail 4 times, by phone twice and via their "contact us" feature on the website with NO return reply other than "we received your message and will reply shortly". They did finally reply after we had already checked in to our hotel. I would not use this company again and would caution against using them.

S'il est facile de réserver une chambre avec Cancelon, il n'est pas si simple de l'annuler à moins de payer des frais élevés (de l'ordre de 10% du montant de la réservation). Puisque Cancelon n'honorait pas un code promotionnel que je pouvais utiliser et qu'il m'était demandé de contacter directement l'hôtel, j'ai dû annuler ma réservation faite via Cancelon. Alors que l'hôtel où j'irai me permet d'annuler gratuitement ma réservation faite pour le mois de mai 2020 dans les 5 prochains mois, Cancelon me charge des frais de 173 $ pour faire l'annulation équivalente. Pourquoi des frais si élevés? Pour moi, dans le futur, ce sera CancelOff!
Alguien ha podido obtener su reembolso? Yo hice 4 reservas y el hotel me dice que cancelon la cancelo por lo del covid pero a mi no me han reembolsado nada, mi reserva era de Mayo y no he obtenido respuesta... en los números que marco me dicen no disponibles y el hotel no tiene información.
