I bought a gold necklace from candere, its my first experience in online shop for Gold but it was awesome experience with candere and Jeetendra who is guiding and helping me till I got my parcel.

I would like to mention about customer's support man who is Mr. Jitesh. He is the best customer supporter I have ever talked. He resolved my every query and problem. Thanks Jitesh. And thanks candere for the lovely ring.

Terrible experience - defective product delivered, no return or customer support. Week after and no reply for email, chat or whatsapp.
Return never happened.

I had placed an online order, As per the agreed delivery commitment, they suppose to deliver on 12/Feb/2022. There was no communication. When contacted on the 12th they said there will be a delay of 2-3 days. As I had to give a gift, I was disappointed and I asked I wish to talk to their manager, they said he will call you and the executive had promised there will be a callback. Since then there is no call when I tried to call, the call never goes through. Also, I have written a mail and a couple of follow-ups. NO Response to my mail. This appears to be a clear cheating case by so-called professional Jewellers.

Please don't go by the name. Don't trust these guys.

The moment I booked the ring via candere website, I received updates through mail, SMS, whatsapp etc from candere. They provided me with pieces of information regarding the ring size, delivery date etc.

Very poor service.
Your products is not as per size.
Customer service worst.
Highly arrogant sales manager.
I will never buy any product from Kalyan.
And also nerver recommend friends and family to buy from Kalyan.

My appreciation to your team member Mr. Bhavin Parmar, helped me to claim my wallet amount and place new order. Candere has best team member like Mr. Bhavin for his excellent customer relationship. I wish him all the success..

One thing I realized is, Candere and Kalyan really have no connections beyond marketing. The product on Candere pages are CAD Designs and when you get the item, if finish is wrong, the return policy, or the website UI are not friendly, and the customer support is quite bad, pretty difficult to get hold off someone reasonable. I ordered ring from website, which was matt finish and when the product came, it was glossy, afterwhich the support team is telling me that those designs are CAD and, it is what it is! Where is the friendly 15 day return that was promised?
I should have never ordered jewelry online, just like my initial worry.

I ordered a necklace after speaking to customer care and jewellery person and making sure this will be delivered on or before 27th. It was my son's first birthday on 28th. This was delivered Late and hence i missed the opportunity of my life.

No one is answering the call and still, I didn't receive the product, very bad services, no one buy from here they don't and the call only and no upload shown on the website also, i m still facing didn't receive my ring

I purchased diamond jewellery for the first time through online mode and Kalyan jewellers has made me more confident for purchasing jewellery through online, as I am very much satisfied with the jewellery I purchased. Nice packaging. Thankyou Kalyan

I have ordered this product last week. I have got the delivery within a week. Packing was interesting. When I opened the box. Really I felt awesome. The product was exactly as shown in the image. I loved it. So i have ordered my second best item in the wishlist.

I have ordered a necklace on 26th April 2020, today is 20th June 2020, not yet delivered the goods. Even they have not given any update until I sent a mail to them about the status one month back, after that no updates nothing. I have paid full amount on 26th April itself. Now I am not sure whether I will get my order or not. Atleast they should show the basic responsibility to inform the customer about the status.

I was facing issue and had no faith buying online however I received the same product what I see online on the website with all documents. Good customer service also too ms puja and henal helped me by sending links and following up at my convenience and were very sweet, over all I am happy with the product and my experience with candere for both product and assistance. I placed order #******* on 6/03/2020 but today its June 18th I am not sure if I will get my order by next month also. Dont get betrayed by placing order with such a fraud money looting company. They dont respond also properly when contacted and they dont share you escalation herirachy also when asked. Lockdown started from March 22nd and ended on May 31. When asked about delay, they are blaming entirely on lockdown. This is such a pathetic customer service. Dont ever get betrayed.its a $#*!ing false cheating company.

I faced problem in tracking of my product. Produt is good but delay in delivery made me mad. Pathethetic service. Please try to deliver in the expected time. Because due to your delay in delivery I lost my memorable day.

Sorry I am very much disappointed though due to my fault I have procured some items from you. But I will never buy any online item from this and I will give a very poor review and I want no one to buy any jewelry from this online Candere.

I bought two bangles form candere by Kalyan(*******) in june so after a month I recieved the product in July but after few days the product gold was getting shredded off so I complain to your team n they arrange a return pickup for repair. But now they saying the product can't b repaired off as that bangles are the mix of gold n copper so may I know why didn't u tell me when I ordered it and also if it's of bad quality why u keeping such products on ur website.
Now your team is saying we can't refund u we can give u the replacement only but you guys tell me after buying another product If I face the same issue with another product I purchase after few time of usage.
So the main thing is that I have lost trust in you guys. You guys are not selling geniune products so I don't want to become fool again keep ur product with u and give me the money back so look into this on an urgent basis.

This review is in regards to an online order done by my brother. At time of order the amount got deducted via paytm gateway. My bank was OBc and as per *******@candere.com the amount got fluctuate in their account after 3 days of the payment. As this was an anniversary order for my wife. I thought as the order would be delayed so I requested for a cancellation. I was surprised when the agent called my bank "Ghatiya" and ask not to do any future payment from OBC bank. Also they asked for 10% cancellation over the order. It just a simple request to all those client who are looking to shop with Kalyan or any brand associate with candere. Dont purchase with them. They are just looting hard earned money

The product was good but I would like to mention about Navins service, it was exceptional, from day 1 he knew what I wanted & he was a clear about all the conditions, would just say professional service@ the very best.

I am very much happy with my purchase. 5 star for product, service, and delivery. Candere always makes me think that I have made the right decision by purchasing through them.

I bought my niece a gold and diamond ring for her 18th birthday. I feel it is not too flashy or inappropriate for a young girl and she loves it and wear it all the time. For her I had also bought a neckless but she doesnt wear it very often so this is better I think. This is my first time using Candere.com. I would buy from them again.

I had booked a marriage ring on 01.08.2022 & the due date of delivery on booking was shown to be 21.08.2022. Even after 10 days of the due date I did not get the product.

There has been no attempt made by Candere to explain the unjustifiable delay. I have been repeatedly sending e-mails & making calls to Candere without any satisfactory resolution & the product was not dispatched till date, 30. 08. 22.

In one of my e-mail correspondence to Candere I have been told that a balance amount is due for payment due to increase in gold weight. However the amount reflected on Candere website was less. In any case on clicking the link for payment a message, "this page does not exist" appears.

Candere has acted utter carelessly & in total disregard of its legal duties towards the customer as per the Consumer Protection Act and failed to adhere to bare minimum obligations towards the consumer.

Despite telling Candere that the product ordered is a wedding ring and the wedding is due on 03.09.2022 they did not dispatch the product.
