Disappointed after first order done by candere... one chain broked in two days refund still not received

I bought 22k gold certs from kalyan jewelers(Candere) this is my 3rd purchase, the process is quite simple and straight.

I had a very bitter experience with Candere. When I made first two purchases it was hassel free so I made a purchase again and that was when the hell journey started.
I was not sure about the product so i just placed it in a cart to review again later. That very moment I got a call from Customer executive Miss Khusboo saying the prices are going to be hiked after an hour so kindly do the purchase ASAP which I did. The next day when i viewed the product again I observed that the product price was slashed by Rs. 600/-. After that though i placed many products in the cart but I never got any call from Candere team again.
Secondly after three weeks of wait I got intimation from Candere about the shipment details. Continously I was checking with the given tracking id but the result data showed that there was no consignment with that tracking number. I contacted the customer care again and they said that the tracking id was wrongly updated
Lastly after I got the proper tracking id I found out that the product was already delivered though in reality I did not receive my order. It was a prepaid order so I was frantic. I kept calling the customer care number but nobody responded. When I connected via chat, all I got was false assurances and lastly the most interesting solution was that the whole system of candere is down and that they will arrange a call back with me, which nobody did.
After two days of trying the call Miss Bhasin responded my call and said that the product is already delivered. What the hell! If the product was delivered to me why would i take such a pain. I asked for the refund of money saying that I am appalled and disappointed to which she let a small chuckle. I was frantic here and she on the other side found it funny.
I am still trying to trace my product calling all the DTDC courier services in this area and Candere team on the other hand is doing nothing saying the product is already delivered.
My review is not on the products but on the poorly managed after sales customer care services.
My final verdict is Please do not buy from this site ever.

It's good experience overall, just suggest to work on your tracking site it's always showing error

Shipping of the product was delayed for few days than what was promised while placing order.

Already have mentioned above and I would you like you to accept my request for complete refund ASAP.

No one got back to me for the return pickup. I spoke to the customer care on Friday

Great product at this price. Delivery was a little delayed. Needs improvement on this issue.

Product options are good but delivery of the product beyond committed date is not acceptable

There was really tension due to non delivery of the product till the last day last minute . We almost decided to purchase alternate product and return the order if it is delivered after wedding day. One MR SAGAR from customer service promised to get it delivered fast enough to catch the wedding ceremony and it is delivered exactly an hour before

It was good. Only issue was that I didn't receive updates about the delivery.

I received a couple of SMS stating that my payment didn't go through. But the costomer care confirmed that my payment had gone through and my product was confirmed for despatch.

Delivery is a big concern. Never go by delivery date mentioned on the site

Delivery date was always different when contacted.

My to be Fiancé liked a ring online for me which was size 6 with the specifications of 18k Yellow Gold, SI GH Diamond Quality for INR 52,243.00
Since we live in the US he was gonna have it order online and ship it over here but they said it will be $80 for the shipping which is approx INR 5340 more. So he asked his friend to have it picked up the ring from the store itself since she was visiting India at the same time. She goes in to the store and was said that we can't order online and have it shipped to the store and once you buy online you have to ship them back if there is any repairs or replacement. The store is not responsible for that. Any way so our friend asked them at Kalyan Jewels to have it made there and she can pick it up once its done. They said that they don't have the mould for the same ring. Like SERIOUSLY? I mean its understandable that you don't carry all the online designs in the store but someone is in your store requesting you to make a ring which you sell online. Why Kalyan jewels direct us to Candere when we want to see designs or buy something? Why Kalyan jewel can't help us when Candere and Kalyan has a tie up? Why being such a big jeweler who have so many branches doesn't have a mould for the ring which they sell online? Any way my friend was asked to come again another day to talk to someone else for the ring and so she went in again and the staff said we can't do anything we don't have the mould for that. So after being disappointed twice my friend went to a local jeweler and placed an order for the same ring with the same specification for the diamond and the gold and it costed INR 41,205 and it came out perfectly beautiful. It took 3 weeks to get the ring made. And look we saved about INR 15,000.00 for the exact same ring! Kalyan/Candere has terrible management/organization they have no idea what they are doing. The staff is not helpful at all. And more over TOO PRICEY!
