I received an entangled chain from Candere, which was very disappointing. While the product quality is generally good and the delivery was prompt, the post-purchase support is terrible. Be cautious when ordering, as their customer service is extremely poor.
Additionally, they never show negative reviews on their website, only positive ones. I gave this same review, but it still hasn't been published. This is a bad practice.

I purchased mani mangalsutra which continuously broken within one month,it's screw is of very poor quality due to which it's continue remove from neck so unable to wear it then what is the use

After mailing and chating they not responding to us for this

Quality of the product is very bad. I bought one earing for my daughter and this item lasted only 9 months 🙄. After contacting customer support for service they are telling product will repair but shipping charges I have to pay because of their poor production quality.

I been shopping online jeweller since 2014 started with Bluestone. Recently I ordered 3 products from Candere 2 got delivered on time and 1 was delayed, there is no proper communication in advance nor with follow-ups Candere customer care provides update. Half the time customer care call won't get answered, chat we won't get any replay back.
Mail is too worst just copy past standard replays.

They don't provide updated expected time of delivery.

I had bought a gold bracelet jewelry online from Candere order Number ******* on 26 December 2021. When it arrived on 5 Jan 22, we realised it was small and wanted a return as per policy as it could not be exchanged within the time we required it. Here the problem started - the first time we asked for a return they confirmed it but nothing happened. Realizing that the 15 days return period would get over We again raised a query through email with no response. They keep telling you all sorts of stuff on WhatsApp chat but problem does not get resolved. The customer care number kept getting disconnected. Finally we managed to get through but the pick up and refund is yet to happen.

Don't trust and please don't place any order I did prepaid order and it never reached I'm still waiting customer service telling daily it will dispatch today tomorrow end of the day bla bla but it been 1 month still my order is in packing I'm vexed and online gold shopping is good in other websites but not ata ll in candere.com please believe me and don't go for this website

It's been 3 months since I cancelled my order(cancelled because they pushed delivery date 3 times) but haven't received refund yet. And customer support is the worst I've ever seen. Stay far away from this company.

My overall experience with candere is very good. I was quite skeptical before choosing virtual shopping especially with gold jewellery. However it Turned out nice and I will definitely prefer this option again in future.

I have placed order on 16th June. Order number#*******. Delivery date is already passed. Still it shows in manufacturing. They didn't gave any heads-up about delay in delivery. When I raise concern with customer care, they give same reply sorry, your product will be dispatched in next 2-3 days. I'm hearing this since 15 days. Not sure if I get my order or not. Customer care chat support is very bad. They won't reply on time. You are inviting big tension if you order from this site. Today they mailed to loot again, asking more money saying that product weight has been increased. Did I asked you to increase weight? Your professional are not accurate in their job and I should pay for that. Really? Even after late delivery, for which I should get compensation.

It has been a mixed experience.
Pros: Great website with the ease of selecting gold and diamond quality; Awesome designs; extra amount paid is refunded without any hassle.
Cons: Extremely delayed delivery; need to follow-up with customer care continuously to get updates and expedite the process

I bought necklace for my mum's anniversary online as I live in London and cannot be present to visit stores. Also I find shopping online much easier and stress free compared to visiting shops as I can take my time to decide. Trust was a big factor as I paid from my international debit card and incurred charges for shopping internationally. All the team at candere has been immensely helpful and customer agents are polite and friendly and trust and transparency was maintained throughout. Also to mention I had bought my wedding jewelry from Kalyan jewellers and now I am there forever customer! Best people to deal with.!

This website has products with high making charges. I had to wait for offer and make sure I get discount on making charges so that I get it nearly price equal to local places. It is not like they have very exclusive designs too. Please check what is the percentage extra they are changing than your gold rate and it's really huge. If you buy gold regularly you can make the difference. I am giving this review so that these gold shops understand and not cost so much money even on simple designs.

I purchased a diamond pendant for my anniversary, I was worried after knowing that these are all made to order jewellery. I will really thank Candere for making and delivering the product fast. You have saved my day, really appreciate your efforts.

Gorgeous ring and excellent craftsmanship. Delivered 3 days late but still an excellent delivery time overall. The only disappointing fact is that the ring was much smaller than what the pictures led us to believe. It would've been better if there was a picture of a model wearing the rings for better size comparison or the option to choose the same design but bigger in size.

I was looking to purchase jewellery first time online, with little bit doubts in mind I decided to give a chance to Candere, they were quite professional to help me with all my queries. Placed the order and was waiting for product, got proper updates of various stages of manufacturing and safe delivery with nice packaging. Thanks Candere for making my purchase memorable!

Hoop earrings are one of my favorite things to wear. I've been on the search for a certain one in gold for quite some time. On the Candere website, I discovered one. It appeared to be ideal. I contacted them, and they swiftly had it produced and shipped to me. It was completely unexpected and really kind of them. The real earrings are much more beautiful than the photos. Candere, thank you very much. I'll be back to shop and buy shortly.

It was good as always but delivery is delayed for most of shipments. After actual weight, amt in difference is not refunded till now.

Someone with urgent requirement will think twice before ordering.

After multiple followup ..still not satisfied completely. Delivery related query sloved .but for refund, no response from customer service.

I ordered one platinum diamond ring ******* & received the same. Ring is good but they charged very high for Diamond, Difference of Rs ******* from other websites. I. shooted them mail also but didn't responded in proper manner. Planning to go to consumer forum to get back tge difference amount. All problem occurs because their customer care didn't conveyed all the things to the customer. At the time of my purchase 40% off is running on diamond price but they didn't applied the same in my order thats why feel like cheated. Any higher authority if reading this can contact me on *******177. Else soon will see you guys on. Consumer court as this us the matter of ******* Rs & we belong to middle class family, hard earned money for us.

Though it is lock down & workers weren't available, candere delivered the good in nice packaging. Design & workmanship was as promised online. Overall happy with service & delivery updates given by candere team.

Initially I was hesitant in placing order with them but talking to their support staff gave me confidence and my decision was not wrong. I have placed many orders with them(ring/bangle/earring). They always delivered before time also jewelry design were very neat and clean.

Craftsmanship is marginal and average. In both my orders the diamonds were not leveled properly, have scratchy edges, look like low craftsmanship done. Overall not pleasant feeling to the price I've paid.

The ring was exactly as shown in the pictures and I was very satisfied with the overall ordering/delivery process. I was constantly informed of status changes etc. The customer care team was very responsive too. Thank you! Please continue to maintain these standards. :)
