My overall experience with candere is very good. I was quite skeptical before choosing virtual shopping especially with gold jewellery. However it Turned out nice and I will definitely prefer this option again in future.
I have placed an order of Solitaire ring by seeing the brand name Candere by Kalyan. Their team member was behind with me until I placed the order. Once I did he stop responding to messages and calls. I wrote to the customer care but not received any update about my order which is very costly. I have asked about cancellation of order but not yet received any response neither from mail nor through WhatsApp. I spend my hard earn money and I'm so tensed now… some one please help me
There is no ethics in them they do not listen to their customer

They never commited to their dates, everytime they give some excuses, very poor costumer service, cant expect on-time delivery

These were well presented and appealing - not that happy with the ear rings as they were a bit different when seen physically vs on the computer.
I ordered a Tushi necklace from candere they Decrease waight with any notification with same amount.

The only problem I found they make this so light weighted, even when I called them and request to make in double weight, and they promised that.
These people take to much time to respond and even more then that when you seeking an solutions.
For best designs I found on Kalyan online purchase model.

I am happy with the product. My partner lived it but it was a long waiting. I ordered on 3-5-22 and got it on 18-5-22.

Ordered a ring. The amount was 8372 at the time of ordering but 9719 was charged at the time of online transfer and delivery was delayed by 3 days.
Tha stone gone from ring from day one of purchase.the stone was not fixed properly on the ring. Manufacturing was not good.

I have received a damaged order and my ring hasn't been picked up since 20-25 days for repair even on constant reminders.
Horrible experience shopping with Candere. Extremely bad customer service and bad attitude of the service agent Visal and Pooja. I ordered and made my payment to complete my order yet after almost a week or so i was askef to pay 780 something again. I asked why they answered that i didnt pay for the product completely. But i used online payment method. I added the item to my cart and paid the amount through netbanking. I was told that it was my mistake and when i asked how. The agent replied that he doesnt know. He also mentioned that my metal weight ia less than the specification but they is no reduction in the final price. Extremely pathetic customer service. I said i wanted to cancel and he said yous still have to pay 10%. I pleaded to check and let me know cos i never made a mistake. Anyways he refused to escalate it and said i can do want i want. Anyways i paid the amount cos i didnpt want a 10% deduction and i have decided to never do business with Candere again. I will also spread my unhappy bitter experience with everyone and safe them from getting conned.
