The company exhibits a mixed reputation in customer feedback, with significant concerns overshadowing positive experiences. While some customers have praised prompt service and satisfactory product quality, many others report severe issues, including unreliable shipping, poor product condition, and inadequate customer support. Complaints frequently highlight delays in delivery, discrepancies between ordered and received items, and difficulties in reaching customer service. This inconsistency suggests a need for improved operational transparency and responsiveness to enhance customer trust and satisfaction, as many potential customers express frustration and a reluctance to use the service again.

I ordered many weeks ago. They said it would be delivered by or before December 23. Nothing. So now I have no Christmas Gifts. So upset. Won't use again
I am an digital artist that has my work printed for clients. I purchased a print with 3 split canvas, the description and the proof that I paid for and approved was NOT what I received! All 3 canvases were different sizes and the color was NOT what I approved! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I contacted customer service and so far no action to fix this!
I bought bday gift for my daughter and paid for express shipping that was not express and didn't receive on her birthday. When the order arrived it was missing the largest item the blanket. It has been a month and still no blanket or a refund of the $67. Not reliable
Another great picture I received recently, prompt service. I would recommend this company! Fast delivery, too!
AVOID! They are scammers and lairs. Claim to be an Australian company, but prints are made in India (I found this out when part of the order was held up in Indian customs), support is in India (if you can ever get a hold of them). Google street view shows the address is just a residential street, so obviously a made up address. So nothing about them is Australian other than the web site address. They never answer their phone, it just goes to voice mail. The only time they have responded is after I submitted a PayPal complaint for claiming the product was delivered when it wasn't. It hadn't even been shipped.
I eventually received part of the order after a month, which was in poor condition. Dried glue drips (lumps) on the print, creases in the canvas, and the "protective" lamination they recommend was poorly applied and uneven. So even if you get lucky and they do provide the product, I doubt you'd want it.
