I bought a blanket through this company and yes it's a thin blanket but I didn't buy it for warmth I bought it for the pictures (Shrugging my shoulders).

I put a picture of a picture my brother who was murdered and my mom and collaged it with a pic of a note my brother wrote to my mom a few months before he died.

The picture of him and my mom and even the note I took with my phone came out incredibly well! I was actually shocked it looks like a glossy photograph that you hold in your hand. The graphics are incredible!

This was a mother's day gift and let's just say, it did the job. My mom was crying hard and couldn't speak. I cried just recording the whole thing. Thank you so much best canvas! You have blessed us more than you know!

I was offered a free canvas with the coupon code YCH5WCOG when I enter the code I was informed the number is incorrect. I would like the below picture as my free gift. I ordered my additional pictures and was unable to get the free one.

I have sent numerous emails over the past few weeks to CanvasDiscount, kindly asking them to issue refunds for two separate canvases which were shipped to me, both which arrived damaged with a combination of holes, broken frame, dirty fingerprints on the back, and deep indentation marks. I've provided both order numbers as well as numerous pictures. Though I clearly asked for refunds, I received a message (FINALLY) stating that they would issue *replacements for both. I immediately responded saying I do NOT want replacements; I want REFUNDS. I have yet to receive another response from a single customer service representative to issue my refunds. Replacements have not yet been issued, so I'm pretty certain someone is reading my messages and blatantly ignoring them, to which I've had to file a report with BBB.

I ordered a picture of my grandkids... it was better than I imagined it would be... my daughter (the grandkid's mother) loved it so much, I gave it to her and ordered me another one! Also, I was very pleased with how soon, after ordering it, I received the picture!

I had ordered (2) 40 x 20 & (2) 24 x 12 Panoramic Format Canvases as tests for Quality & Service from bestcanvas.ca. The Quality of Printing the Canvas was actually excellent, although the finishing was below average for quality.
A few marks are present on each of all the Canvases, on the 40 x 20 Canvases, the Frames are warped. (See Photo, the bottom of the frame is not flush with the wall as the top of the frame is)
It took over 3 WEEKS for delivery via UPS to Canada.
The 2 Stars are for the Printing, nothing else!

A warning to all I ordered a 30x40 canvas at 1:30 for $60 at 9:00 the same day I got an email saying 2 day sale it was $30 when I requested a price match because of it being the same day they said sorry and offered me 50% off my next order. I replied the offer was unacceptable and advised them I wished to keep it but wouldn't deal with their lack of understanding, I was then told the only way I could return it and get a refund was to open it slash the canvas send them a photo and then return it all because they wanted to cheat me out of $30 you've been warned

I ordered about a dozen pics they came ROLLED and taped up. Top and bottom on all looked torn. What a total waste of money...

I ordered 3 canvases for $208. After 4 weeks, I hadn't received it. Since that time I have called them, over 15 times. The answered twice giving me excuses and even tracking numbers for the shipment, that hadn't even been processed. When I went to track the shipments with the tracking number I was given, the site said it was only initiated (that was March 13th) and never shows that it was actually shipped. I have cancelled my order online and there is no response. My credit card company (who I called to reverse the charges) actually said that the merchant told them it had been shippped! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM this company. I can't believe that they are in business, it is a big scam. The two times I actually talked to someone, she told me she was the shipping department AND the customer service department. No wonder no one answers the phone. Don't even go there!

I ordered a single 8 by 12 picture with brush effect. Website promises a 3 to 4 day turnaround. I got an email that said a delay caused shipment till 7th of Dec. On 15th I started calling a constantly busy number. I sent 3 emails with no response other than a canned thank you. I finally got a person that said order was "lost". But order would be shipped overnight. I waited 2 days no order. I called all day finally got person. She said she had no control over orders. George came on phone and promised order. During call he said not everyone would get there orders. HMM why not? $$$$ in bank? Scam? I got order- Yeap it was wrong. Now George takes offense I called him a scammer. I have emails where he is upset. Good customer service manager. They gaurantee everything but don't deliver. It is an overseas company so they don't care about the USA other than the money. I have to give the present the way it is because it is now 12/22/11. It is for son's mother. They have all excuses no service.

Dont WASTE your time and money on this printing site. I ordered a very simple small monogram with a white background. The printing job was TERRIBLE, you can tell they use a cheap laser printer bc of the quality of the printing and there was sooooo much double printing where you can tell tell the material may have moved or slipped (very common in laser printing on thick material) so all my text has a red outline. Also the stretch of the canvas onto the frame was weak, looks like they just folded it over and stapled it. Which may have contributed to the black printed sides being uneven and showing on the canvas front. Horrible Job, I requested a refund but have yet to hear back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Just terrible.

I ordered a canvas print for my boyfriend's birthday. It never got even close to his birthday. I received the canvas 3 weeks after I placed an order. Ok, no big deal... nobody can promise you shipping on time. Pass that, when I open the box I didn't realize the stretch frame was not put together. Finally I properly read it on their website afterwords so okey I can understand that part, but the pieces don't even come together! Pass that, the quality of the picture... DISASTER! Too embarrassing to show it to my boyfriend. The picture is absolutely DARK! I can't even hang it on my wall. It looks sooo bad I tried to contact customer service, no response! The coloring is soooo weird on the angles! I didn't even ask for money back... I just asked for reprint. Still no response! This company is some kind of SCAM! Better watch out for them! It's been three weeks... still no response and I tried to contact them three times! I'm going to ship the canvas back... what a wasted 50 bucks!

I ordered multiple canvases. Due to the way they packaged them, the larger canvas was stretched and had an indent from the smaller canvas.

After an email, they sent a replacement. Pretty simple. Except the replacement has MULTIPLE issues. It was not stretched and wavy, the "Stretched" print that was supposed to be on the edges was showing on the front, and some of the white canvas paper was even showing on the right edge of the canvas.

The fact that this was a REPLACEMENT, and someone though that the replacement with all the issues is OK to ship, speaks volumes about this company.

And then they want proof I destroyed the absolutely terrible canvas, like I would want to display that. The canvas on the left was the REPLACEMENT they sent me. What an absolute joke. Pay a few extra bucks and STAY AWAY.

So far, my request for shipping information took 5 days and resulted in: "Shipping may take 14 to 18 working day. (*does not include Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays)"

If you want something within a month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't wait to see the quality of the product. .
