My husband ordered a wedding canvas $33.89 for our home 01/31/2017. Once it came 02/08/2017 he was Super disappointed, as because of how DARK it was. We both tried contacting Liz Rogers by phone and email on 02/09,02/10. I finally spoke with Liz 02/10 1035a and she said the graphics would lighten and resend it, they did nothing. We received the Canvas 02/16 yesterday and NO CHANGE as we compared both DARK Canvases. To this day they have not responded to our emails and we in writing 02/17 have requested our money back.

I sent in a black and white photo and ordered it to be on a canvas with a 1.5" frame. The site led me to believe that the canvas would be sent to me on a frame (many other services do this).

Instead I received a green and white photo (a portion of it was black and white, but mostly green and white). The canvas wasn't packaged well so it had damage done to it. The canvas wasn't set on the frame. Instead I just had frame "parts" that I needed to assemble. I ordered the 1.5" frame, but instead just got two 0.75" frames that I was supposed to stack together when I assembled the frame.

Tried to call into the customer service center and got a busy signal. E-mailed them, and received a response two days later. I sent the frame back, but didn't get a refund for two weeks. Finally I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge.

Bought 2 metal 16x20 one came with bubbles all over. After saying they were shipped Didn't bother sending them in a timely matter blamed Covid. They would not answer me about this looking for my photos. Hanging bracketes were Not sent with photos. Now a week later no replacement photos or brackets. Ordered the same products from another companyThe same time I ordered these. Received t theirs without any problems. Still waiting from this company. Will not be using this company after this service and quality of their work I'm sorry to say

I had taken a nature picture in which I wanted put on canvas and I had seen this website and it seemed official being that it was backed by popular websites. So I ordered a 10x12 black and white print in which when it was delivered it wasn't exactly black and white and I had the date of when it was captured on the print. There was no return label and when I called the customer service number, no one answers. The recording says there is no one to take my call to try and call back at another time. I am steaming at this point because I had emailed them also and have not gotten a reply as of yet. This had sounded like a decent company being that it said 100 percent money backed guarantee. We'll see about that!

I have ordered many canvases and the small sizes are the best quality anything larger forget about color and resolution it will lack both the bigger you go. The masks are not worth the money if you think you can have some made to promote your brand and company. The cuts are not all the same and the colors again are so faded I wonder if it's just farmed out to an outside party because nothing will be consitant for resolution, color, and cutting. DO NOT BUY any masks if you want them all to be as colourful as your original image it just won't happen. Would I buy again maybe if I needed a photo of my family made but never again for promotional masks for my brand over 400 for masks and only getting 45 of the ones that where not blurry or the inks bled. It's a waste of budget that can be used on a mask manufacturer that has quality color and resolution. I've gotten pretty good at photography and I wanted some canvas's to put into my new travel trailer that I'm remodling. I think I ordered a 24x36 and 2 other large canvas's with okay resolution pictures. I used stretched borders and expected the canvas to turn out moderatley blurred but was very surpised how clear they are! I did 2 black and white, and the contrast was perfect. The third was a picture on the beach at night and the stars popped out just like in the picture I took. I love these canvas's and so does everyone else who see's them. High quality for the best price, especially since they added in another special coupon with the order! Shipping was great, very well protected and wrapped tightly! Thank you Canvas Discount!

I was very impressed with the discount we received and how quickly we received our order. Yes, some of the pictures weren't quite lined up (the white edges sometimes were on the front of the canvas because the pictures wasn't quite folded correctly with the canvas edges), but honestly we knew that was what we were getting. For such a cheap price, you can't be too picky. We wanted quantity for a cheap price for this particular order rather than quality since we wanted a whole bunch of little prints. For a bigger canvas (i. E. the main family photo in the house) we'd probably go with a company that has a little higher quality.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have not recieved my prints after 3 weeks. I feel like an idiot for trusting a company that I have never used before. I have tried calling, no answer, emailing. No answer. I needed these for an opening at a art gallery and from reading the other reviews it sounds as if the quality is bad anyway. I am calling my credit card company and disputing the charges. I am also calling the better business bureau. This is CRAP!

I sent a print to get done on their canvas it took several weeks to do when it finally came it was so blurry I couldn't believe they actually mailed it to me that way. If they thought the resolution wasn't good all they had to do was send me an email and let me know so I could pick another picture but they chose not to. And even though they say they have returns that is a lie I can tell you right now they don't. Even when they offered to replace it they made sure it was so difficult that I wouldn't do it.The picture on the left is the original picture the picture on the right was the one they did you might need to turn it on the side so you can see it. It's totally disappointing I had a lot of prints that I wanted to make on canvas but they'll lose my business now if they would've just either refunded me and let me send back the picture or fix the picture or let me do another one that would've been fine but they didn't so unprofessional.

I've always had great expectations from CanvasDiscount and never been disappointed UNTIL NOW! I recieved the 30x40 canvas that I ordered after Christmas and it was a mess. The colors are weird and the entire print is so fuzzy that you cannot see anyone's eyes clearly. The resolution that I sent was very high so that's no excuse. I noticed that Canvas Discount was recently getting more and more BAD reviews but I thought, 'They've never disappointed ME.', so I went ahead with my order. Big mistake. I sincerely wish I had ordered from another company. I learned my lesson. Pay ATTENTION to reviews!

I read a lot of reviews and was a little concerned about ordering online. I ordered 3 prints and they were well beyond my expectations! They were quick to ship. Packaging was professional and secure. The photo quality and frames were exceptional. I will definitely use again. Keep in mind the quality of the print has a lot to do with the quality of upload. I printed photos taken with a galaxy s7 and the largest print, 30x40, was beautiful. I have no doubt it would have been great in a larger size.

I ordered an anniversary present for my Fiance around a month ago. They charged my credit card and give me an estimated ship date around 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks have come and gone and add on another two weeks. Their customer service is only open for people who don't have a normal job. Finally I get a response to an email I sent them 3 days ago stating that my order got transferred incompletely and that they would issue me a refund or allow me to reorder it for free... so they were never going to tell me my order was incomplete and were going to just keep my money... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I received an email for a 16 x 20 Acryllic picture for $30, But I could not get the purchase to work and it was only valid for one day. I spent $200, thinking they would give me credit for the one pic. They told me The offer is expired, I relied back and said that I had purchased pictures and sent a note WHILE THE OFFER was valid. Then I got another note back saying the offer had expired... They don't even read what you write them. AVOID this company... I found the prints cheaper and better on Groupon believe it or not.
