Worst customer service and terrible product. Ordered on Halloween and took a month to get here. So much for shipping in 48 hrs. The blanket had heads of subject cut off and black ink smudge Mark's on back of blanket which is white background.
Quality canvas prints at an affordable price and quick turn-around. What else can I say? I am professional photographer and use them mostly for my wildlife prints, but the family portraits look great too.
This seller did everything as described on website. The canvas is delivered already stretched as promised, within 2 weeks (I wish it could be faster, but I can't force that), hanging system is included, and the colors of canvas are fine. My photo was a little out of color and that's my fault, the canvas has come bit bright. Overall, it's ok.
Ordered a canvas that arrived with picture so dark it is hard to see facial expressions. I tried to reach customer service by phone but it is a bogus phone number and no one answers. I thought they would work with me but how could they if you can't reach them. I will now try to get Ebates to drop them and post on whatever sites I can find my experience so as to help other consumers. Sad that any customer service at all, could have solved this and many other posted problems. Poor business sense!

One print had a few minor and small imperfections (noticeable to me though) they sent me a replacement very fast (in time for Christmas as it was a present) great quality and excellent customer service! Will be ordering again!
They are one of those rear print services that care about customers and didn't complain about guiding me through the process of purchase. Price and quality were exactly the way it was promised in ad, which appeared on google
I would give it no stars if possible. I received someone else's order and tried calling the customer service line multiple times. It cuts off each time after 10 minutes and does not have an option to leave a message. I also tried to use the chat function that just directs you to an FAQ page. I sent an email that says they will get back in 1 to 2 days. This is the worst service I have ever encountered, if there even is customer service. All I have come in contact with is automated systems and zero help.
I ordered four pictures on an 8 x 8 that had words on the bottom. This particular print had special meaning as it related to my best friend dying a week ago. I have ordered from them before and never had any problems, but with this picture they left a word out. When I contacted customer service I was told by the production team that it was not their error that it was my error because I chose a small print. However, nobody reached out to me from customer service or production to ask about re-centering the words or up sale me to a bigger print, they just sent me 4 pictures that were completely useless! I did get a discount code to use for my next purchase BUT there is no place to put it in check out. When I contacted customer service about the discount code not being able to be used they said something about cookies. I have ordered from them before and I've never had any issues this whole thing has just been a nightmare and I am left with four useless pictures!

I’ve ordered twice and finally decided to share my experience with you guys. My only critique to canvasdiscount is that it’d be great if there were some warnings about bad quality of photo, so that I could know whether my photo is good enough for printing. But that’s a small bug, because canvas is always great quality, accurately stretched etc. I’m glad I’ve chosen canvasdiscount to print my canvas. Haven't been disappointed so far
