I ordered and PAID on Groupon and as instructed went to canvasonsale.com to upload photo. This website never acknowledged the prepayment and asked for $more money, way more money for the 24X36" print. Not only that, they said there weren't enough pixels. When I asked for a refund all of a sudden chat ended. When I tried Groupon the customer service person, kept saying"you have to pay shipping and handling. I told her over and over, I did not order anything when I realized they did not honor my Groupon payment. She ended our chat when I asked for her supervisor. Finally got refunded after about an hour of round and round with PayPal, Groupon and Canvasonsale.com. PayPal was NOT part of the problem.
