For the best value and service, there is no need to go anywhere else! These folks know what they are doing when it comes to canvas printing. They are responsive, professional, and their customer service is superior to any other canvas printer out there... they actually have a human answering the phone instead of just chat or email customer service, which is super frustrating when you're trying to get an order in.

No notifications of progress, shipping status or anything. I called after waiting 3 weeks and some Jerk at customer service just hung up on me. Finally after a month I did get shipping info. Still no print. Go anywhere else but here. Costco... you are better than this.

The worst customer service out there. I placed an order on Saturday and within hours realized I sent the wrong image. I sent it in within 3 hours of my original order and asked to receive confirmation that it was received and the order was wrong. I call on Monday as I never hear from him and asked for an email confirmation that the change was okay and they told me that, that email would take 2 to 3 business to generate which makes no sense. He said the phone call would suffice so I asked to be emailed a digital copy of the recording and he said that would take a lot longer. Then he mentioned that even though my order was changed same day that it would extend the delivery of the product by 3 business days without a good explanation. I asked to speak to someone higher up and he responded that there wasn't anyone higher up. I asked that all he had to do was email me saying he acknowledged my change or refund me. So I told him to just refund me, this is a simple piece of art and he so nicely said okay that would take 7 to 10 business days. I immediately let him know to cancel and I sent en email asking to cancel it. This is horrible customer service and in today's day where we have options, I rather give my money to someone who values it. Thank you but no thank you.

I am a digital artist and use this company to print my pieces. They always look amazing and my customers are very happy with their products.

By far the worst customer service I've ever had! My package was a week late, and the owner did not bother to send an email or call to explain why it was going to be late. He held my package hostage from me for 2 days, and threaten to send my package late if the comments wrote about his company weren't taken down. When I finally got my canvas it was noticeable that it was off centered, and he wouldn't respond to my calls or texts to get it replaced. His policy on his website is a joke. You will not receive a refund, or a replacement. When he found out that I had wrote a bad review on another site, he started sending me threatening text messages. He stated that if I didn't take down my bad reviews, he would report my account to the attorney general. He then proceeded to spend an hour and a half repeatedly calling me on two seperate phone numbers. Dealing with him is comparable to dealing with a child refusing to sleep. If you would like to deal with an adult baby who has no sense of being repsectful to first time, or returning costomers, and will harass you over a bad review, then please use his company. I was a first time costomer, and I will not be using his company any longer!

Very bad customer Service. Your Canvas print will not arrive on time and when you call they feed you a lie.

I placed a BOGO order on SUNDAY Dec 31, then another BOGO order a few hours later. I immediately followed up with email stating if BOGO not good on BOTH orders, Please cancel the second one. ( MONDAY HOLIDAY) Tuesday Jan 2, I followed up with phone call about 9 AM, spoke to someone calling themselves 'JESSE' who told me "TOO LATE" to cancel, order already processed. ALSO told BOGO is only good on one order. (DOES NOT state this ANYWHERE on website).
After much discussion I was told "OK, we will honor it this time" and refund difference to my PAYPAL acct. NO REFUND!, NEXT CALL, 'Jesse' (spoke to the same guy on phone EVERY TIME!) claimed 'takes a few days', but still no refund. Call 3rd time, 'Jesse'said 'accounting kicked it back' I will do it again right now... (paue). DONE!". Still no refund, Nother call another LIE. Their strategy seems to be say anything that will delay long enough so you get tired of the game and forget it. OR, so payment processor (paypal) will not accept a dispute report or claim. (Paypal does not have a complaint category for vendors refusing to provide promised credits. I filed for fraudulent use of account (the closest complaint category I could find), and was refused because I had placed the order myself. They completely ignored the fact that vendor was advertising a 'BOGO' and I was charged for both items at full price.
This guy is an outright liar, and a miserable human being. I would never do business with this company again, nor would I reccomend them to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
DONT buy from them unless you want misery in your life
