For the best value and service, there is no need to go anywhere else! These folks know what they are doing when it comes to canvas printing. They are responsive, professional, and their customer service is superior to any other canvas printer out there... they actually have a human answering the phone instead of just chat or email customer service, which is super frustrating when you're trying to get an order in.
No notifications of progress, shipping status or anything. I called after waiting 3 weeks and some Jerk at customer service just hung up on me. Finally after a month I did get shipping info. Still no print. Go anywhere else but here. Costco... you are better than this.

Tried multiple times to contact this vendor. No response to emails. Finally got them on the phone and was informed that their price match guarantee was not actually that. Provided more then one offer that was sent to me for other vendors and they refused to honor it. Then implied that the offers were fake. Additional commentary indicated that they could not match any offers that were promotional or from outside the US. none of which was detailed on their website- merely price match guarantee. That isn't... also had the same service rep Jesse. Completely unhelpful, poor attitude. Although he did admit that canvasbees.com and canvasprintfactory.com were in fact both the same owner- yet had different prices for the same item/service.
It has been over six years we have been getting our pictures printed on canvas by CanvasPrintFactory. They are doing an extremely fabulous job. The color clarity even on old non-digital pictures, pricing, customer support, choices in sizes and framing along with speedy delivery seems to be their mantra. They constantly offer discounts which are very handy.
We are very happy with our printed canvas and would highly recommend others to get your printing done here.

Purchased a canvas for the holiday and was blown away by the quality of service and customer care I received before and after the purchase. Called in before I placed the order was given an honest and ACCURATE time frame for my delivery, something other vendors are not doing at this time. I have used Canvas Print Factory several times and have been very pleased. They have made my photos look so professional. I am more than pleased! I have had them print 10 pieces for me and I'm planning to do more. I am going to do an entire wall of photos from my trip to the Netherlands and Canvas Print Factory have already printed 5 and I have plans for them to do at least another 10.
We had a super tight deadline and Jesse made our order happen! We placed our order on Monday 9/11 and had our two canvases on Wednesday 9/13. They are beautiful and just what we had hoped for. Thank you SO much for the great quality and service!
Placed order and didn't receive by the date I was told. Called Customer service and jessie told me that it was shipping Wednesday.It did not. Called again on Friday and before I could even give an order number for customer service to look it up- i was told my order was delayed. I asked how he knew this when I didn't even give him an order number to look up and he said because all orders are printed but not shipped. When asked how they were all printed Monday and on Friday still not shipped- I got no answer. I asked to speak to management or supervisor and was told NO. Little did this company know I had ordered from several companies and was doing a review for a blog. All companies passed with flying colors with exception of this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
There had been a problem with my print. I contacted Jale who promptly addressed the issue and solved the problem. The final product is beautiful and very high quality. Even though there was a problem, I still had a very good experience with CanvasPrintFactory. I will purchase from them again.
This company is absolutely terrible. Ordered a canvas for 50% off and thought I was getting a good deal. However, I did not realize that the shipping cost almost $20, which was more than the original canvas. Because I did not see the shipping price posted anywhere before I confirmed the order, I paid $20 for shipping, which was more than the price of the canvas. Called customer service as soon as I realized this and asked for a refund, and the manager of customer service was so rude, asked me what I wanted him to do after I asked him for a refund, and he said that it wasn't his fault that I did not see the shipping price, even though it most definitely is the company's fault that the shipping price was not clearly laid out. Never order unless you want to waste a bunch of money on shipping that costs more than the price of the canvas.
I ordered a 12 by 36 canvas print and received a 9 by 36 instead.
I have sent 2 emails and received no response and called costumer support today at 11:00 am and spoke to Jessie. He was very rude and not helpful, he also lied to me. He said that emails were sent to me about the size change and that I had been refunded the size difference. I received no emails, even in my SPAM, and it is very clear on my credit card statement that NO portion of my order was refunded to me. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the only one working. When I asked again to speak to a manager and for their contact information he gave me the generic number and told me to call back between 10 and 2 to speak to a manager (11:00 am is between 10 and 2...). Do not use this company.
I am shocked to read some less than satisfactory reviews! I have been working with Poster Print Factory for over a year and every single print, poster, mount was delivered without difficulty and the quality is wonderful. The one time I was not 100% satisfied (a styrofoam mount was damaged in delivery), it was rectified without a hitch! I have ALL my prints and posters for my modeling work prepared by Poster Print Factory and wouldn't order from anyone else.
I ordered canvases to make a collage. When I received the order, 2 canvases were larger than the sizes I had ordered. When I emailed the company to find out what happened and to try to fix it, they told me they had documented that someone had spoke with me and I ok'd a size change. No one ever contacted me and whoever documented that blatantly lied. When I told them this, no one would repond. Now I am stuck with a bunch of canvases that I cannot put up together. It's not worth saving a couple of dollars if you end up having to rebuy everything somewhere else. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. A completely dishonest company.
I had used the BOGO code to order 2 prints, unfortunately the Promo code didn't work, and I had to call in to get the second print shipped. After a little discussion back and forth the customer service rep shipped out a second print! I couldn't be happier about the outcome and their service and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
I ordered a canvas on Nov. 29th and was supposed to receive my order before 8th December but I never got it. Then, I could not pick up my order so asked them if they could ship it by Monday (12th Dec) and they said yes. But that didn't happen either. After that they tell me over the phone that I asked them to delay the shipment. They HUNG up the call and said they would leave my order on the door and I am sitting in my country and can never give that gift to the person now.
I ordered canvases the size and direction I wanted they they printed them all wrong. Called to have them reprinted after I had to send them a picture proving it was wrong. Then nothing for another two weeks. Called again and asked for a refund. They said it would be don asap but two weeks later still nothing. Thank goodness for a great bank that opened a case against them and I got refunded. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THEM.
Told me it was my problem to take up with UPS. Guess I'm not surprised they have a crappy relationship with UPS too. $40+ down the drain. Stay away from these clowns.
WOWOWOWOW I love this place! I send all my canvas print work to them and everytime they look AMAZING! Jesse andgang are easy to work with and have very fair prices compared to other sites. Definitely order from them!

I was supposed to receive my order over a week ago. Called and spoke with thie infamous BS artist, 'Jesse'. Fed me a line of garbage "Mother's Day really delayed us. but it will ship out in a day or two" Firstly, not my problem they took on too many orders. Secondly, a week later, and my product still hasn't shipped. It's exactly what everyone says... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I am calling American Express and filing a dispute and calling the BBB to report them. Can't wait to see what my order actually looks like, if I ever even receive it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
DO NOT ORDER YOUR CANVAS FROM THEM! The quality of the work is horrible. Wedding canvas turned out grainy from pictures from a professional photographer! Absolutely horrible customer service and they would not provide a refund.
