Getting them from US to Sweden was a bit of a challenge, has nothing to do with CapBeast, just the international shipping that dragged out in time. Love that they do offer the option! I'll be back!

I also experienced the issue with credit card not working (like many reviews state) and spoke to a guy on the phone. He assured me they would come in 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and i have still not received and will not have the hats in time for my event. They lost a customer here.

Heads up everyone this is a total scam site! Months later never received my order. No contact back after over 25+ attempts to get a hold of them. I've had to claim fraud charges through my bank. I would hate for anyone to go through what I have!

I ordered 2 custom hats in Feb. Never received hats and no refund. Was told you are under NEW management and to contact my bank to ask for a dispute. My bank said they cannot dispute this because it has been too long.

Unfortunately only after I placed my order did the thought to research customer reviews come to mind. Since I had already fallen into this scam unaware I read those bad reviews with sorrow. I had ordered a hat for my husband's birthday. I knew as I read those reviews I was going to be empty handed without a gift for him. I did email CapBeast immediately within one hour of placing my order, requested my order to be cancelled. Faiz Kahn replied to that email stating due to the order already being started (in less than one hour) it was not possible to cancel the order. Consistent with many other scammed customers I am now three weeks post ordering without fulfillment of my order, without any status update, without shipping confirmation. Faiz Kahn responded to me once right after my order was placed but has not responded to multiple status update requests. I am done dealing with unknown web merchants. I am only doing business with merchants I am already familiar with.

Update: My order has shipped. Of course my expectations of what this hat will look like is very low based on others' experiences. I payed $51 base price for the hat. That is an expensive hat. Then a $30 digitizing fee was added. I paid $12 for express shipping which I NEVER do and never will again. So I am $93 invested in this experience. Let me tell you about the "express shipping". So this package moved from Champlain, NY on 8/22 approximately 8 miles to Mooers, NY on 8/27. Yes, 8 miles in 5 days for express shipping. As of 8/31 the last shipping update was 8/29 location is York, PA. This is NOT express shipping.
I am going to be SO MUCH MORE careful about ordering online. I am going to recommend to all my friends and family to look up website reviews before ordering.
They took my money and never gave me a hat. Contacted customer service several times and no response. If you have fallen victim to this scam website make sure to contact the Better Business Bureau and contact your bank for fraud.

I made an order February 22 and I still haven't gotten my two items. I've contacted multiple times and they replied once on Mar 18 saying my order is still processing to this day I still haven't received any update. I asked again and still no response

CapBeast may do quality hats but wouldn't know, there's no tracking available for the order process time. I asked for refund because I used another company that got it to me sooner and when I needed. Still waiting on refund. Communication with their "customer support" is non existent, honestly if anyone has spoken to any of their employees over the phone is like seeing a unicorn, those things don't exist.
They also add this which I don't think is applicable anymore: "Kindly keep in mind that due to the current situation with the COVID-19 crisis there may be some delays in response time."

My order was placed a couple months ago without ever receiving updates. I have reached out to their customer service and support, but no response has been met for days! I wish I would have read an honest review. This is my intention. Do yourself a favor as I have wasted months and also had to deal with disputing the charges with my credit card company.
An order meant to be Christmas gifts was placed on 11/5/2023. It is now 10 weeks later and still no hats. However, that isn't the worst part of my CapBeast experience as that honor goes to the horrible customer service from Faiz and Team CapBeast. From slow response times to giving non-committal answers to the specific question about when the order would be shipped like "I can see that processing takes longer than it should take. I will have a look into the matter, check with the relevant department and do all in my power to have all of the processes involved expedited as much as possible." There has been no update about the status of the order since the last contact on the 5th of January, 2024. With all of the other options available for this type of service please take your business elsewhere.
CapBeast? A better name would be CapLeast.
Update: A refund was requested and at least they are consistent by not responding.

Hand up, maybe the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and general service. I understand there are supply chain issues right now, which is why I allowed for 5 weeks for my hats to ship. Finally, around week 6, I had to call and check in (no email with an update from them), and was told my hat was out of stock. Then the circle of no responses, swap outs, delays, etc. started. Spent hours on the phone with no progress day after day. Would never use again.
If you want custom hats, order them elsewhere! If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Like so many others, I paid for my hats and after more than 8 weeks I do not have them. Customer service has been terrible. Checked on their website this morning to see the status of my order to discover they cancelled my order without any notification! Unfortunately I don't think my bad experience is unique.
Don't waste your time with them. If they mess anything up on your production they will not compensate for anything and you will lose your money. I've experienced this before and should've known better... definitely lesson learned. I was impatient and made an impulsive move here, should've gone with my guys in SD instead but no minimum is better, but all good, lesson learned. These are just a few pictures..
Stitch quality is very poor and spotty with obvious holes in solid areas and loose threads. My complaint was met with a shrug and an insistence that what I was seeing with my own eyes was actually "excellent" work. They did offer to give me a "tasty" discount code on my next purchase, which misses the point.

I ordered 4 hats. Reached out to see if they could be expedited since they were for a precise date. They said yes.
Not only did that never happen, but I've been reaching out for days for a refund and they are unresponsive. No email confirmation regarding refund, nothing. I will be reporting to my bank.

Purchased a cap from them six months prior to returning to the USA from abroad. Was suppose to be sent to a friends address. Order never came, several calls were made with a promise that it would arrive. Never did so I cancelled the order. They promised a refund and of course after many calls it never came. Finally I just called my credit card and even though 8 months had passed I disputed the charge and won. Got all my money back. Don't deal with this company. I just got lied to time and time again. And be sure to use a credit card.
UPDATE: Since posting this review, Capbeast rep Frank has sent me a new working coupon code and my order has gone through. He resolved my 2 month long issue in one day. 5 star customer service for Frank! Thank you so much!
I won a contest for a free custom hat in October. I was emailed a promo code to use but it didn't work. I've emailed, called, and messaged multiple times over the last few months and no response. We were super excited that we won this contest and was even going to order additional hats, but with this kind of customer service, it is really disappointing.
Isn't the purpose of having contests is to gain customers?
I can see some bad reviews here but personally I had a good experience. I dealt with William in customer service. He made ma a quote and followed up with me to ensure that my hats would be delivered on time.
I had a custom ESPN hat made with Cap Beast and I absolutely love it. Simply uploaded the logo and within 2 weeks, they shipped it to me stitched onto a fitted mesh hat. I mean the digital image was made into an actual patch! These guys not even only do incredible work design wise, but they only have the best quality hats. I plan on placing several more orders with them :)

I've read a lot of the negative reviews on CapBeast and I'm sorry those people have had poor experiences. I've ordered 4 custom hats from CapBeast over the past 6 months or so and have been pleased with both the quality and communication from the company. I don't think people realize how complex this operation is. To take your art, set it up to be embroidered properly for ONE hat and run it, it takes time. Yeah, the shipping could be faster and often my tracking number didn't work (hence the 4/5 review) but my hats always came within 3 weeks of my order placement date. The quality is superb and man they look NICE. I've received MANY compliments on my hat and have even designed and ordered one for my father-in-law because he thought it was so cool.
I'm sorry people have bad experiences with them but I have been pleased. Thanks CapBeast!
