Amazed by the details and the amount of colors supported! I've tried others with nowhere near the same accuracy and quality of stiching! Recommended! Getting them from US to Sweden was a bit of a challenge, has nothing to do with CapBeast, just the international shipping that dragged out in time. Love that they do offer the option! I'll be back!

I've ordered in the past and had a good experience however this time was very different. I also experienced the issue with credit card not working (like many reviews state) and spoke to a guy on the phone. He assured me they would come in 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and i have still not received and will not have the hats in time for my event. They lost a customer here.

I am so upset! I have placed an order since
November and I have not yet to receive my order and it's about to be March! I tried calling it says it's closed and I have been writing email since January and I got a response once saying it was on its way and after that until today nothing! Don't buy anything from here your money will be gone!

Purchased 7 hats At $50 a piece. Had two logos on the front of the hat. When they decided, on their own, to take out the background color of the logo they did not change the black lettering on a black hat! They requested a picture of the hat which clearly shows you can't see words on the logo. Every time I call or email them, they keep telling me "it's on the fast track with Admin." No proof was sent to me before they made the hat. They took out the background and now you can't see part of the logo. Just tell me you are going to fix it or not... doesn't take over two weeks(and counting) to make that decision! Never again.

I ordered in August and have been asking for my hat since then (now feb) and still no hat. Each time they say "close." In december i asked for a refund and agreed to get discount but only IF the hat showed up before end of the year. It did not arrive. I've now asked for a refund TWICE and no response over email. So unprofessional, horrible company

Don't wast your money here. It takes forever to get product then isn't right. I had to wait over a year to get corrected product because they were printed visibly crooked. The logo isn't even right. Still crooked. One of the hats isn't even finished. They only did half of the tag on tagging my company.

Sent over logo originally and then updated with a confirmed email that it went to their production staff. I received the wrong logo and reached out to them. They told me that my text was to small on logo (instead of letting me fix it) they just ran the original and offer no re-course to correct it or get a hat with correct logo

Based on all the reviews, it's blatantly obvious this company isn't legit. I ordered a single embroidered hat in November of 2018. After a couple months of waiting, I decided to reach out to see what the status was. "Nick" the customer service rep ensured me that the order was in the process, but production was running behind. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Several more weeks pass with no updates, so I decided to cancel my order for a refund. After writing several negative reviews on other sites, they finally issued a refund in February of 2019, which was declined by PayPal a week later. It's now April... still no refund. This company is a complete joke. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered two hats (same design) over 10 weeks ago and still have not received them. I have contacted customer support via email and phone multiple times and they informed me that due to high volume, production has been delayed. They said that I would receive update emails as my order moved along in production but I have not received ONE update email. Any time I contact them for an update they say "it's in production but we don't have an ETA." This morning, I received an email saying that it will likely be another 1-2 weeks until I receive my order. IF I get it in two weeks, it will have been over three months since I placed the order.

If you're THAT backed up in production, I have a few suggestions for you:
1. Stop taking new orders
2. Hire more people
3. Figure out your production line slow-downs and update your processes
4. Stop promising people that their order will be ready in 4-6 weeks

I will never use this company again. I ordered a hat as a gift for my father. When the hat arrived some of the embroidering was poorly done and difficult to read. When I complained, I received a response saying they would look into it. That was two weeks ago and now I am not getting any responses to my emails. Stay away from this company!

Logo came offset and crooked, waste of $50. Their customer service department is a template about how they care but don't care. If you reply to it, you get an automated response of the exact same how they care but dont care template. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere

First i waited ten weeks for the hat to show up and it took me disputing the purchase for them to ship the order then when i received the hat the spelling on it was wrong so instead of making it right they just refunded my money. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with you would think they would have some pride in their work and make it right.

Ordered this hat on the 5th of December. It is March 28th. Still no hat. They claim it's being returned to them, but I've supplied the address a total of THREE TIMES. I don't think they've even made it yet.

If they're experiencing "Covid related delays" (so sick of this excuse, by the way), then how about they stop advertising and sending me marketing emails until they've caught up? I feel swindled. Never again.

UPDATE: I have seen on other forums that customers are having similar issues with backordered items and getting refunds. Capbeast is quick to offer the refund via Paypal but that seems sketchy. Tell them you want it back on the card and they supposedly will do it. One forum user mentioned threatening an FTC complaint usually gets them to issue the refund. Still waiting for our refund.
Anna or Anya? Is whom I call every day now asking if "upper management" as she says has escalated the processing of our refund. After placing over a $1K order we found out last minute days before our event that the item was backordered. They tried to sell us something similar but wasnt even comparable style. We formally asked for the refund on September 15. Tomorrow is October 1. Now we just keep getting automated emails saying they are sorry and it will be 7 to 10 more business days to process. And consequently Anna or Anya? Will be getting multiple calls a day from me until it is.

Don't use this site to buy anything.

Tried purchasing hats for an outing back in January. They couldn't fulfill the order so was forced to cancel. They claimed the money would be refunded in 10 days, but no such luck. It's now been well over a month and each time I reach out I get some generic response about it taking longer than expected. Such a scam.

I ordered several hats totaling $143 on April 22,2019. I did not need them until June 19, so I did not get expedited shipping as it was not necessary with two months ahead of me. I just got off the phone to get issued a full refund. I called their customer service three times this month to find out where the hats were and every time they said that they would be sure to let production know the date that I needed them by. They would always take down the date as though no one had noted it in the account in prior Phone conversations. So I am certain that they didn't really pay attention to my request. Now I leave for a conference tomorrow and have no product. Do not use this company.

I couldn't recommend this any less. I ordered 6 months ago, had to call them 4 times to get them to ship my order, and when they shipped it the design came out looking horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't order here, trust the negative reviews I promise they're real. I attached pics of the design and the product that I received almost 6 months later

Do not order from this company. Its been 9 weeks since I placed my order and I have received zero communication from anyone. I've emailed multiple times asking for an update on my order and get the same auto response each time. I work in customer service and understand delays due to COVID, but not communicating with your customers is unacceptable.

If I could give negative I would. ZERO customer service. Shipped my order to wrong address I'm on 5 months No hats. They refuse to refund me, no one answers phones. Support emails are always giving me a different story. I would never recommend this company they are a mess!

I ordered 3 hats in different colors and font and never got the correct hats. I waited for them to make it right and redo them and they said they would and never did. Work is complete trash non of it lines up on my logo on the hat. You can see in the picture the 3 hats are all off centered because none on them line up with the stitching they are all in a different starting position and the sewing it self is a mess. They said they would make it right back in October 20 and we are in July 21. Order was placed on July 5th 2020.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t do it, they overcharge and take advantage of the customer. Save your money and use someone local who will be held accountable.

I ordered ONE hat for 45 bucks in January 2020. March 30th still nothing. I requested a refund and now here it is The middle of April still no refund! They email you back with broken promises and assurances but nothing else! Horrible people!

Never done this before but these people are a fake company. Never got my order from 2018. 2018! Tried talking with them... they just kept giving me bs answers that they never followed through with. First time reviewing something like this for a company so you know I mean it. Do not order from them.

I ordered only 5 custom hats over a month ago, and they are still in the "processing" stage like they haven't even been started yet. For a company that is based solely on only making custom hats, they sure are slow at what they do. So now over a month later and still no update on when my order is going to ship, if at all.

I reached out to them before ordering and told them when I needed this order by and Vicky assured me yes that was possible and she would rush all departments to make sure it happened. It's almost two weeks after she assured me it would arrive by and it hasn't even shipped.

If there are any other disgruntled CapBeast (Monsieur Stitches) customers out there who either never received their orders or a refund (and I know there are), I am looking at putting together a class action lawsuit to take CapBeast down. Please message me on messenger and let me know about your experience. "Companies" like these cannot be allowed to continue to steal from well-intentioned and trusting customers acting in good faith

A complete scam. I ordered a custom hat in September and knew upfront that it would take two months to process. When they finally got around to shipping it, they sent it to the completely wrong address. I had to argue with them over and over, despite having screenshots of the shipping address of the order AND a copy of the tracking information. They claimed they would quickly send a replacement and that I would receive tracking information. A month later and no replacement has been sent. Emails demanding a refund have gone unanswered. They stole my money, it doesn't get any more complicated than that!

Order somewhere else, this place stole my money and went dark.
