Amazed by the details and the amount of colors supported! I've tried others with nowhere near the same accuracy and quality of stiching! Recommended! Getting them from US to Sweden was a bit of a challenge, has nothing to do with CapBeast, just the international shipping that dragged out in time. Love that they do offer the option! I'll be back!
I've ordered in the past and had a good experience however this time was very different. I also experienced the issue with credit card not working (like many reviews state) and spoke to a guy on the phone. He assured me they would come in 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and i have still not received and will not have the hats in time for my event. They lost a customer here.
The snapback that I customized came out really nice. Someone from customer service called me within 10 minutes to ask me a question about my order to make sure they got it right. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered several hats totaling $143 on April 22,2019. I did not need them until June 19, so I did not get expedited shipping as it was not necessary with two months ahead of me. I just got off the phone to get issued a full refund. I called their customer service three times this month to find out where the hats were and every time they said that they would be sure to let production know the date that I needed them by. They would always take down the date as though no one had noted it in the account in prior Phone conversations. So I am certain that they didn't really pay attention to my request. Now I leave for a conference tomorrow and have no product. Do not use this company.
Do not order from this company. Its been 9 weeks since I placed my order and I have received zero communication from anyone. I've emailed multiple times asking for an update on my order and get the same auto response each time. I work in customer service and understand delays due to COVID, but not communicating with your customers is unacceptable.
I couldn't recommend this any less. I ordered 6 months ago, had to call them 4 times to get them to ship my order, and when they shipped it the design came out looking horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't order here, trust the negative reviews I promise they're real. I attached pics of the design and the product that I received almost 6 months later

And this was perfect. I got enough compliments that ill be ordering myself a bsclup as well as some for friends and family. Definitely getting more hats in the future.
If I could give negative I would. ZERO customer service. Shipped my order to wrong address I'm on 5 months No hats. They refuse to refund me, no one answers phones. Support emails are always giving me a different story. I would never recommend this company they are a mess!

I ordered 3 hats in different colors and font and never got the correct hats. I waited for them to make it right and redo them and they said they would and never did. Work is complete trash non of it lines up on my logo on the hat. You can see in the picture the 3 hats are all off centered because none on them line up with the stitching they are all in a different starting position and the sewing it self is a mess. They said they would make it right back in October 20 and we are in July 21. Order was placed on July 5th 2020.

Don’t do it, they overcharge and take advantage of the customer. Save your money and use someone local who will be held accountable.

I ordered ONE hat for 45 bucks in January 2020. March 30th still nothing. I requested a refund and now here it is The middle of April still no refund! They email you back with broken promises and assurances but nothing else! Horrible people!
Never done this before but these people are a fake company. Never got my order from 2018. 2018! Tried talking with them... they just kept giving me bs answers that they never followed through with. First time reviewing something like this for a company so you know I mean it. Do not order from them.

I ordered only 5 custom hats over a month ago, and they are still in the "processing" stage like they haven't even been started yet. For a company that is based solely on only making custom hats, they sure are slow at what they do. So now over a month later and still no update on when my order is going to ship, if at all.

I have placed three orders from Capbeast and each time I have been very impressed with the quality of the custom embroidery work. They can do logos and designs that are not available elsewhere and the quality of the embroidered logo is phenomenal. My only complaint would be how long it can take for them to process orders. I have received my order in under a month once, and most recently it took 7 1/2 weeks reusing a logo that they had already digitized. For something that you cannot get elsewhere, it is worth the wait, but the waiting can be frustrating.

I reached out to them before ordering and told them when I needed this order by and Vicky assured me yes that was possible and she would rush all departments to make sure it happened. It's almost two weeks after she assured me it would arrive by and it hasn't even shipped.

If there are any other disgruntled CapBeast (Monsieur Stitches) customers out there who either never received their orders or a refund (and I know there are), I am looking at putting together a class action lawsuit to take CapBeast down. Please message me on messenger and let me know about your experience. "Companies" like these cannot be allowed to continue to steal from well-intentioned and trusting customers acting in good faith
A complete scam. I ordered a custom hat in September and knew upfront that it would take two months to process. When they finally got around to shipping it, they sent it to the completely wrong address. I had to argue with them over and over, despite having screenshots of the shipping address of the order AND a copy of the tracking information. They claimed they would quickly send a replacement and that I would receive tracking information. A month later and no replacement has been sent. Emails demanding a refund have gone unanswered. They stole my money, it doesn't get any more complicated than that!

This has been the worst customer service Ive ever received! We ordered two hats (2!) the first week of May 2018. (IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS). We still have not received our product and not only that, they are asking for more money!
We used a promo code at first for a discount, but due to their error, the promo code didnt work anymore, so we ended up having to pay $87 for two hats. We waiting and waited and we still have not received them. I dont know how many times Ive called their customer service line and Ive NEVER gotten through to anyone. Emailing is pointless as they just keep asking for more money. They sent to the wrong address and it got shipped back and now they are asking for $16 more dollars to reship it to us, but are not even giving any sort of clear instructions. We cannot get this resolved and we have tried to reach them for weeks! Buyer beware! All I want now is a refund. I will never be working with this company again!
Paid for 2 embroidered hats in December 19 for Christmas gifts. It is now April 20 and no product has been received. Have received many many email responses promising to refund my money but they never do. Like others have said, they will send nice emails stating that they will help but never do. I am out my money, so all I can do is try to help you. Don't fall for this scam. DO NOT EVER send any money to these scammers.
These clowns got my order, took forever to make it, left out components that were clearly in the design I had created online and sent it to me. Upon receiving the product I emailed them a picture and asked if I could ship it back and they add the stuff they forgot/left out and even offered to pay for it! I had to remind them twice and upon the 3rd time in contact with their "customer service" team they hit me with the "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do."
It has now been 3 months since the initial order and nothing has been resolved even after several (more) reminding emails. So this company is clearly ok with me sitting at home with a bull$#*!ass product that I cannot even gift to the person it was intended…and clearly doesn't want to do anything about it.
I don't know if this is normal operating procedure but be weary because you might pay $50 for a custom hat that looks nothing like you wanted it to.

CapBeast has been the most disappointing retail-experience IN MY LIFE. I was really excited about getting my company's hat, I ordered in July, I even was happy that they reached out to me with some suggestions to adjust the design. 5 months and many back-and-forth emails and calls later and I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Now... I've been waiting for my refund for a month, and still haven't received it. I wonder if there were enough of us to do a class action lawsuit?

I ordered a hat with my company logo. Before ordering I asked for a thread colour palette so I could choose the best match thread color to my logo. I was told by theCapBeast customer service that it would be selected by them as close as possible. When I received my hat, I was shocked at how different the thread colour was from my logo. The logo is barely visible. Even though customer service was great (Mary), they failed to admit there was such a difference in colour from the photos I sent. I have seen thread colours that match much closer to other vendors. I was hoping to be offered a refund or at least a credit to order again with another colour but was not.

Know that you can't pick the thread/design color and that you are taking a big risk on the thread colour being matched well.

Received hats with stickers on bill. Stickers are unable to be removed from bill without damaging the hat due to the sticker adhesive pulling and damaging the material of the bill. Sent my concerns once via online submission and received a ridiculous response from Mary talking about the sticker was removed too fast. Come on now... I have video evidence of the issue along with pictures. It is not possible for the sticker to be removed from the bill without damaging the cap. This flaw existed before I received the order. I would love to be contacted by phone. I've left a message with my info. Zoom would be even better so that I can demonstrate the issue.

I placed an order in August 2019 and the deadline THEY proposed was 2-4 weeks for my order to be fulfilled. At the 6 week mark from when I placed my order, I reached out to them and they said that my order had not even been started yet. I requested a refund of my money in October and they said it would be processed within 3-5 business days. It's now March 2020 and I still have not received a refund from them. I have 35 emails that have been sent/received from their customer department. I was asked to send them a PayPal request for payment in January because that would fix the billing issue. I still have not received my refund. Steer clear if this vendor if you want to keep your money. What a joke!

Unfortunately, my custom hat got lost in transit and I have yet to receive my refund due to an "open claim with the shipper"

Then told I would get a refund. Been over a month since refund was promised. Never got money back. Total rip off. Buyer be warned. I wish I could give them a negative 5 star.
