Amazed by the details and the amount of colors supported! I've tried others with nowhere near the same accuracy and quality of stiching! Recommended! Getting them from US to Sweden was a bit of a challenge, has nothing to do with CapBeast, just the international shipping that dragged out in time. Love that they do offer the option! I'll be back!
I've ordered in the past and had a good experience however this time was very different. I also experienced the issue with credit card not working (like many reviews state) and spoke to a guy on the phone. He assured me they would come in 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and i have still not received and will not have the hats in time for my event. They lost a customer here.
I ordered hats 7 months ago. "2 more weeks". "2 more weeks" they tell me. Months later still nothing has arrived and they continue to promise "2 more weeks". Jokes.
Worst business I've dealt with in a LONG TIME. Their business is such a disappointment in every way. I placed an order for 1 hat ($52.00) on May 28,2020. I got a hat on August 22,2020, and it wasn't even the right hat. No one is available to talk to, you have to email them any request for information. They assured me time and time again that my order was being processed with disappointment after disappointment on the followup. They have no Facebook reviews area, I wonder why? They suck and they know it. They took my money within 24hours and let me wait three months for a lousy hat that wasn't even what I ordered. I even followed up with them to verify my order and they assured me (through email) that my order was correct. No, it wasn't! Don't order anything from them, you will be VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED!
5 months now, waiting for a couple of caps. They email you saying please wait 2 weeks, then they vanish.

The print was poor quality, and the design was much larger than I had intended. They refused to do an exchange or a refund.

I purchased a custom hat for work to see if the product was good enough to order in bulk. I ordered on 7/16/2019. I contacted them in September (9/02/2019) because nothing had come yet, and the website claims 4-6 weeks from the day you order is when you'll have your custom hat in hand. They apologized and said they were backed up with lots of orders. My order wasn't time sensitive, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I contacted them again on 10/07/2019 because at that point it had been well over their promised time allotment to which they said the exact same thing. They apologized again and said they were busy and that there was no way they could give me a time estimate because they didn't want to give any false promises. I'm disappointed yet again, but again, it's not time sensitive, so I let them off the hook again. Months went by and I still didn't hear a word about my order. I contacted them again on 2/05/2020 to cancel the order because this had gone on long enough. They responded again with apologies and excuses and offered me a 20% partial refund if I kept my order. I took the partial refund, but never received it. However, on 4/20/2020 I finally received my hat after just over 9 MONTHS. They said 4-6 weeks. It took them literally 40 weeks to produce one hat. At this point I don't even care about the partial refund (which would only end up being about $8 or so anyway) because I never want to deal with this company ever again. They really lost out on a lot of future business and recommendations. It's a shame because the hat actually came out pretty good. Do not give them your money unless you're willing to wait almost a year. Do not give them your time or money!

I ordered 2 caps more than 6 months ago. I have been in touch with their customer service specialist "Alex" for more than 5 months. This guy has nothing better to say but my order is almost shipped. He has been shipping 2 freaking caps for 6 months. I have completely lost hope in ever receiving the caps. DO NOT EXPECT TO EVEN GET A REFUND. This company scams people out of money and never delivers. AGAIN, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICES. I own two businesses and this company is the best example of what NOT TO DO. I have no idea how they make money, I haven't yet read a good customer review about them.

My son is 10 he called all excited about 1 month prior to Father's Day Saying not to check his chore card he has a chore visa card to learn how to say money that he makes $30 a week doing his chores from cutting the lawn to all the odds and ends picking up dog poop blah blah blah blah. He was so excited he told me that he paid for extra shipping and handling and not look at the purchase so I wouldn't know what I got. I asked him if he checked the website first to make sure it was legit or a scam he said he thought it was legit he is 10 years old.
Father's Day comes Father's Day passes I finally look up what he purchased on cap beast. About a month has passed since Father's Day I called the company Facebook company they told us that it was because of Covid I've asked for a refund I have not heard anything back after ask for the refund they blocked my messages this place is a scam they should be shamed full of themselves from stealing from people to be quite honest I am very pissed off about this and I want to spread the word about this Internet scam company.
Worst products ever! You don't get what you ordered and what they resent is covered in hot glue. Everything is not usable and this place is a scam!

Order one customs hat 3 months ago and have been getting nothing but BS on the status. This company is a scam.
I had tempered expectations because I've dealt with embroidery services before and understood the difficulty of precise color matching. This is my first truly bad experience with any embroidery service. I paid $50 for a $20 hat as a test run. It took over 5 weeks to receive the hat. When the hat showed up, the color was so far off as to be comical. Bulk of logo is a medium gray with a small amount of silver trim. When the hat showed up the thread was a dark copper brown. I asked 5 people to look at the logo I submitted and the hat I received before I even reached out to the company to make sure it wasn't my color perception. It was so far off I was starting to think that maybe I was color blind. They all agreed the color was wrong beyond any rational explanation. I reached out to the company for some feedback but didn't actually ask for a refund or replacement. I received a reply from Faiz Kahn that was clearly just a standard boilerplate response about having reached out to their QA department and some comments about brightness which did not really apply to the situation and that there were no closer colors of embroidery thread to match and thus there was nothing they would do. I really wasn't even that upset until I got that response, as it did not pertain to color matching a flat medium gray and was clearly just a brush off email. I could literally go to Joann fabrics right now and buy 20 different colors of embroidery thread among just the ones they carry in store that would have been closer matches to the logo I submitted. How they decided that dark copper brown is the closest existing thread color to medium gray I'll never know, but what I do know is that I'll never use their company again and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are reputable firms out there with better pricing, better lead time, better customer service and techs that aren't choosing matching colors by braille. I'm really still astonished at just how bad the entire experience was from start to finish.

A few months before the bad experience I'm about to share, I ordered my first hat from CapBeast. It was a trial run to see the quality and I loved it. In fact, I even ordered a hoodie from what I'm assuming is their sister store, HoodBeast.com. My logo was correct and the quality of the hat and sweatshirt were great.
I ordered 3 more hats from CapBeast and my experience with them this time around was so ridiculous that I had to write a review.
My company logo was incorrect on all three hats. I sent them the exact same logo that I used(I only have one version) for the previous orders and they totally botched it this time. I e-mailed their customer support team and provided them with photos. They acknowledged that they made a mistake yet only offered me a 15% refund of the total amount of my order and told me to keep the hats.
Yes, I'm serious. I have the e-mails to prove it.
I declined and told them I didn't want a refund. I just wanted what I paid for. Crazy concept, right?
They came back with a 30% refund... and told me I can keep the hats.
I decided to call their customer hotline instead so I could talk to someone. Nobody answered and after three days, nobody has yet to return my call.
Its a true testament to who they are as a company if the customer is working harder to save them business than they are.
After reviewing the return policy, I realized that if my order was wrong, I was always going to lose out in the end. They clearly know their product is inconsistent because they state in their return policy that even if your product is printed incorrect, they will determine whether or not they make it right. Basically, if you place an order, you better hope it's printed right or too bad. That's my interpretation as I am living it.
Would it have been so awful for them to reprint my hats correctly and send them to me?
They apparently thought so which is why I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend anybody use this website until CapBeast revises their return/replacement policy to protect it's customers from the company's own negligence. Even if CapBeast makes a mistake, the customer is at the mercy of the "managers". Totally unfair to the customer.
