Amazed by the details and the amount of colors supported! I've tried others with nowhere near the same accuracy and quality of stiching! Recommended! Getting them from US to Sweden was a bit of a challenge, has nothing to do with CapBeast, just the international shipping that dragged out in time. Love that they do offer the option! I'll be back!

I've ordered in the past and had a good experience however this time was very different. I also experienced the issue with credit card not working (like many reviews state) and spoke to a guy on the phone. He assured me they would come in 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and i have still not received and will not have the hats in time for my event. They lost a customer here.

I received my hats today and I can't beleive how awesome they look. I'm very happy with the outcome, they made my day. I highly recommend using capbeast.

Worst business I've dealt with in a LONG TIME. Their business is such a disappointment in every way. I placed an order for 1 hat ($52.00) on May 28,2020. I got a hat on August 22,2020, and it wasn't even the right hat. No one is available to talk to, you have to email them any request for information. They assured me time and time again that my order was being processed with disappointment after disappointment on the followup. They have no Facebook reviews area, I wonder why? They suck and they know it. They took my money within 24hours and let me wait three months for a lousy hat that wasn't even what I ordered. I even followed up with them to verify my order and they assured me (through email) that my order was correct. No, it wasn't! Don't order anything from them, you will be VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED!

The 9fifty hats that I designed look great. The stitching looks amazing. The one down side I would say is that I wish they had a wider selection of New Era hats.

5 months now, waiting for a couple of caps. They email you saying please wait 2 weeks, then they vanish.

Wish I never bought from them.

This was my first time ordering custom hats. Capbeast made it easy and fun. The New Era caps came in exactly as anticipated and sooner than expected.

I bought two hats as samples to evaluate CapBeast as a potential supplier for my companies headgear. The eCommerce platform worked just fine. All of the usual tools and capabilities were there as expected. Shipping took longer than I would have liked for two samples, but I won't ding them for that because I don't know their operation. For all I know they had a spike in sales or production problems. That's where I stopped being satisfied.

When I pay a setup fee I expect someone that knows the process to review what I provided. The logo on both hats is offset from center. Their is a large stylized A centered in the top of the logo, it's hard to miss that the peak of that centered A is not aligned properly. No one attempted to contact me or tried to correct it. So I was charged a setup fee, but no one actually did the minimum expected review of the clients assets when you charge a setup fee. I didn't expect individualized service at this price point, but at least check for the basics and shoot me an email asking about any obvious details.

The embroidery in the logo was poor. It is thin, with the bare minimum of thread count. There are a number gaps where the base color of the panel is plainly visible. In addition, the text below the logo is almost passable, but they stitched between the letters in four separate places on both hats. One positive comment is that their color match on the logo was fairly good. Some of their direct competitors don't offer enough thread colors to even get close.

I gave two stars on pricing based on lack of actual proofing during setup and the fact that the product received was not of sufficient quality to justify the cost. Had the results been of higher quality, I would have no issue with their price points. As it stands, I paid $80 for two hats that I would be embarrassed to have representing my company.

If you just want a one-off custom hat, none of this is probably bad enough to go somewhere else. They'll get the job done for that one of a kind hat you want to wear in front of your friends. If you are looking for product that will represent your company, my suggestion is to keep looking.

Reason I chose this business:

I won't be choosing CapBeast. This was a test run to evaluate their services. The results are not what I was looking for. I'm sure there is a market segment that doesn't care about any of the issues I pointed out in the response to the first question, and maybe that's CapBeast's business model. If so, keep doing you, but this is not what I was looking for.

I evaluated CapBeast because they had the base products I wanted and their volume discounts kicked in at low enough volumes to allow me to maintain more styles and color options without having to overstock inventory. These products are mostly meant for advertising swag. I'm not trying to turn them into a profit center, so the small discounts provided at lower unit volumes made this a reasonable trade off to meet my needs had the results met my expectations.

Reason I chose this product:

I selected the base product because it had descent reviews for the price in the research I had done. No complaints with the base product, it is exactly what I expected.

I purchased a custom hat for work to see if the product was good enough to order in bulk. I ordered on 7/16/2019. I contacted them in September (9/02/2019) because nothing had come yet, and the website claims 4-6 weeks from the day you order is when you'll have your custom hat in hand. They apologized and said they were backed up with lots of orders. My order wasn't time sensitive, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I contacted them again on 10/07/2019 because at that point it had been well over their promised time allotment to which they said the exact same thing. They apologized again and said they were busy and that there was no way they could give me a time estimate because they didn't want to give any false promises. I'm disappointed yet again, but again, it's not time sensitive, so I let them off the hook again. Months went by and I still didn't hear a word about my order. I contacted them again on 2/05/2020 to cancel the order because this had gone on long enough. They responded again with apologies and excuses and offered me a 20% partial refund if I kept my order. I took the partial refund, but never received it. However, on 4/20/2020 I finally received my hat after just over 9 MONTHS. They said 4-6 weeks. It took them literally 40 weeks to produce one hat. At this point I don't even care about the partial refund (which would only end up being about $8 or so anyway) because I never want to deal with this company ever again. They really lost out on a lot of future business and recommendations. It's a shame because the hat actually came out pretty good. Do not give them your money unless you're willing to wait almost a year. Do not give them your time or money!

The company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Unacceptable, very unreasonable and extremely disappointing.

I ordered 2 caps more than 6 months ago. I have been in touch with their customer service specialist "Alex" for more than 5 months. This guy has nothing better to say but my order is almost shipped. He has been shipping 2 freaking caps for 6 months. I have completely lost hope in ever receiving the caps. DO NOT EXPECT TO EVEN GET A REFUND. This company scams people out of money and never delivers. AGAIN, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICES. I own two businesses and this company is the best example of what NOT TO DO. I have no idea how they make money, I haven't yet read a good customer review about them.

I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I WILL DEFINITELY BE POSTING ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA THEY ARE ON TO WARN OTHER TO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I feel like I will be doing good service to people.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
