This is my go to place for recycled auto parts. Being the biggest (they have several yards) they most often have the parts we need for our customers vehicles. Most of the staff is user friendly and very fast delivery of those needed parts. My go to guy is Willis. The web site is easy to use to search for parts.
You mobile app has bugs. I use the mobile app a lot and now every time I try to use it goes black and says it has bugs, I use a Samsung phone, this has been going on for a month, it needs to be user friendly. Do not pay for faster shipping it will take longer. I had 2 day shipping and it is set to arrive 5 days after I paid for order! Don't order from them if your on a schedule they will mess it up for you!

Ordered combination brake rotors and pads, got the rotors late and the wrong ones. Never did get the pads. Now I am dealing with the return, without much success. I e-mailed them as they requested, returned e-mail and said they would get back to me in 48 hours, that was 5 days ago. Still have no results. I think i'm screwed and out $123.00 with rotors that I have no use for. Do not do business with this company.

We operate a recycling business. Our cheque that we sent did not reach in the mail. We didn't know about it till later. But we realized that they have temporarily suspended our account without telling us and when we tried to explain to them what happened, they were trying to jack up the fees. There is no customer service, I don't even think the site is that great. All they care about is money, and they manipulate the situation so that you are at falt. I checked around and realized that we are getting charged more than other businesses around us, and yet they want more money. I don't recommend businesses to signed up with them..

I lost money when I bought through the website and waste time when I made a complain just to warn them about the seller in the website. Nothing happened.
Their is no way to get ahold of someone in customer service. Leave your number to call you back. Never calls back. Wait on hold for 45 mins to have them hang up on me. Not recommended if their is a problem with parts. When the part has to be returned it cost more to return then the price of the part. No help with return shipping. I am now a former customer of carparts.com
You need a seller feedback option. I will never shop here again. Bought a srs module, they shipped me peace of corroded part. I'm sure they knew it was a bad part, but they make you sign agreement that all of the parts sold as-is. Seller was found on car-part.com called "Budget Auto Parts" located in Auburndale, FL

I use this website every day to order parts. It shows me used parts that are in the area as well as nationally if I wanted. It lists the vendors that have them the price and the quality of the part I'm getting as well as the year of the vehicle it's off of. That way, if I'm interested I just call the vendor number listed and order it. It's very helpful. Especially, with the job I have.
Order parts one wasn't in stock they shipped three boxes. One part didn't fit.to contact to get RMA # witch never came i had to chase down the number. They were to send mailing label which never came i had to call to get label. When credit card came there were three charges on bill. I chatted to get a invoice for each that didn't happen. They were mixed together on one invoice still confused and money not right

Its a mirror site of carparts.com dont get fooled you will end up with 1000 calls from supposed car part dealers that are all scammers once they have your card info they charge rediculous amounts then beat around the bush about refunding the money. For two days ive been waiting on "ron johnson" with an eastern accent to refund my card to no avail, the guy gets nervous starts stuttering then doesnt answer his phone. The buisness is out of deleware tech auto parts alledgedly but charges your card using the name indigo which is attached to some airline bs. Its scammy and a lie

They trick businesses into signing with them by having their sales reps misleads, bend and sometimes flat out lie about their software's abilities. My company signed up and as soon as we were setup, we realized this softeware was from the 80s. It is so antequated. It didn't actually run in windows like competitors Pinnicle Professional.
We instantly canceled. Their records show we tried it with one part. They said we signed a 6 month contract and had to pay the remaining balance, which would kill our brand new business.
So this company uses predatory contracts because they don't stand by their product. They know their product is crap. They don't care if they kill a new business and put a brand new parents out on the street, just as long as they get their few thousand from that predatory contract.
They target new businesses and businesses that aren't tech savvy enough to know how far we have advanced.

Avoid at all costs. No trial period, no returns. They lock you in because they know what they have is crap. You can find newer software with more features, at a lower cost if you go with anyone of their competitors, like Pinnicle Pro.

Bought an oil pump from this company last year and the oil pump failed in August a year later... Sure to the oil pump failing it locked up my motor... faulty oil pump cost me a 2700 engine. Smh DONT BUT PARTS FROM THESE PEOPLE...

I was in the market for a new hood for my car after being involved in a wreck. I came across this website and contacted someone who had the correct paint code and good condition of my cars hood. Well, the next day I get a call (no voicemail left) and then a text from the number stating they had a hood for me. Call them back and the guy (who had horrible reception and thick accent) tells me to tell him paint code and part I'm looking for (sir, you already told you knew and had this part when contacting me). Guy then tells me that he has found one from a auto part place in Kansas MO. Asks for my name, number and shipping address and tells me the total will be $450 even, Grade A rating for the hood it seemed like a great steal: Guy tells me to send a screenshot confirming i send the money to the Zelle ID. I tell him okay and we hang up. I make a Zelle account but then get suspicious. I reverse search the number, and it comes up as a VOIP high risk number. I also couldn't find the ID he sent me on Zelle for payment, i tell him my concerns and my skepticism and ask him to send me the auto dealers direct contact info so I could contact them and see if i could use a secure payment method instead. Guy calls me back 2x and then texts me saying that he is the direct contact for the auto part store and that i can only pay via Zelle no other way. Red flags all over considering i couldn't find the specific part store in Missouri via Google search. Zelle also will not refund money if sent to a scammer. Not sure if he was a scammer but the whole situation seemed off and sketchy. The number he contacted me from wasn't even from MO but my home state of GA. But then tells me he's from the company with the part store? Didn't make sense. Use caution when ordering from here. I didn't and I'm glad I didn't now that I see nothing but bad reviews from them.
