Just tried to file my first claim - it was denied as a pre-existing condition. RIPOFF COMPANY! Blake Cooley was the person I spoke to, he was very smug and admitted that all cars wear as they are driven. Evidently my car issued a trouble code at some time (cars don't report those codes to people, just when serviced) and you don't know until it is taken in for service. Again, a RIPOFF COMPANY!

This survey is the email I have received related to my purchase. I also have not received anything through US mail. Tried calling customer support, but nobody answered.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. All my questions were answered. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I would higly recommend Carchex!

Brought car to mechanic, repairs were completed but when he needed to be reimbursed he wasn't able to get money sent from carchex. Now I am without a car for another day.

The Rep's knowledge on the product was very satisfactory and left me no option but to buy the product and I did. I wish other Reps could emulate his effort on handling customers.
