Didn't solve my problem but whatever, not worth taking it out and sending back
Quick and easy computer exchange with no programming needed.
My experience was good. The part came and it just needed a little bit adjustment.
Very nice with everything that I needed to know. Thank you. Okay
Very rude people! Would not recommend sending anything her for repair no communication skills
PCM repair fixed most of my trucks electrical issues. My oil pressure gauge is still working erratically which is very frustrating.
First the part took 2 weeks to arrive.
Second the part came defective on the top right connector.
Third it only gives me 7 days to return the core.
Just received my TIPM. Plugged it in and got no start and a new code. When looking over the TIPM, it had a loose fuse so I pushed it in. Thought no big deal, came loose while shipping. Still no start, NO FUSE on dash and new code. I have emailed about the issue, hope they will fix it.
Went pretty smooth up until I needed to select the PCM module P/N, the choices I was given did not include my car, (I believe there is an error in the top P/N on the list for my car), but in the end the module worked & my car is running fine! The only other things were: there is no P/N on the module I received, no place to leave a note about the actual P/N of my module on the website, & finally, nice touch with the paperwork on testing the electricals, but would have been helpful if it had been listed on the website after purchase, I could have gotten it done prior to getting the new module. Decent turn-around time on getting the part, so THANKS!
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
