I was a bit upset as they didn't ship as expected because they didn't have my module in stock, that tested good, even though it states they have them in stock "Rebuilt" in their advertising, I found that troubling, it took a week and 5 days from order date till received when it was supposed to be 3-5 days till shipped and 2-3 days to receive, so there you are at the moment, will see how it performs.
Muy buena fácil y rápido gran experiencia en cuanto llego la computadora mi mecánico la instalo y funcionó perfectamente
You shipped my unit back about three days after you received my unit
I was surprisingly impressed.! Was taken care of from my initial phone call.
Lookup and verification were a breeze. Simple process all the way...
The whole purchase process helps to ensure that a replacement PCM is programmed completely. I did not have actual part number for the original PCM as it was at the Ford dealer doing the installation. CCE contacted Ford to get the original Part number using the VIN. No problems with the programming which the Ford dealer said was common when replacing a PCM.
Called, and promptly received needed information. Received the product within days. Mechanic followed directions and got my car started! Thank you so much.
Handled the entire process in a very timely manner, did an excellant job of keeping us informed throughout the entire process...
The whole process was easy as 123 and I'm very pleased. Most of all I like the life time warranty with the exchange of my old computer. Thanks!
Good directions on the proper way to change it out. I changed everything spark related till I figured out it was a bad computer. Bought a computer off car computer exchange and fired up runs great zero issues.
Wow I can actually drive my van again 💙 my husband installed the unit and now we have our van out of limp mode. Love it!
New PCM got me up and running again. We checked everything. Cam / crank and coil. All connections were checked as well. No BUS code lead us to the PCM.
Great experience, but the car won't start with the new ECM. Not sure on what to do next.
Fast service I put computer in truck started right up runs perfect
Service was great and fast. Enjoyed doing business with Car Computer Exchange.

I have a new computer and a set of keys that no one within a hundred miles will cut for me so I still have to go and get the computer program to my keys it was a waste of money
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
