Very friendly and helpful.
I gave you all the information you needed.
You said it would be ready to be shipped in 4-5 days. You let me know the day it shipped and 2 days later I had it. Thank you for the prompt service. Works great.
New PCM got me up and running again. We checked everything. Cam / crank and coil. All connections were checked as well. No BUS code lead us to the PCM.
Don't know why mine failed within 20 months had to reorder new one
This company is truly professional I will definitely use them in the future
I don't recall the 'important' information regarding the 'new' care Warranty being told to me upon purchase. The only thing I remember is that the warranty would not be effective until the 'old' computer was returned. I was not told about the CORE Fees or the 7-day return policy! To the car dealer, so Im a little disappointed in this experience!

Good luck and Godspeed. The other
