Ordering was simple and the replacement pcm was a simple install and the pre-programmed unit performed like new out of the box and I now have my truck on the road starting and driving as good as it ever did. Trouble free from start to finish.
The part I got has a couple of dents and the paint job on it is very sloppy has runs in it and just over all looks bad.
Took package to dealership for install, to have dealership call next day and tell me that it wouldn't even let the engine turn over. Disappointed as the ad told me they was plug and play.
Sent you my vin number for programming of new PCM, then the wrong PCM was sent to me and your programming didn't work. The dealer had to program the PCM at $350, and charge me twice for putting on and taking it off. Now I'm waiting on replacement of PCM from you for the correct model and programming.
Nicely done, and easy.
It was sent back because of some issues, but the people are very friendly, and helpful.
I can't give a review on the product as it did not work. This is not a plug and play. All things were checked off the checklist. My vehicle is now at the shop.
Quick and easy, could ask for better. From order, to ship, to install, it was all so simple. The part is working out great. Thanks for the process.
My dealership said I needed a computer for my car and I've waited months and the dealership said they couldn't find one and I guess they didn't look hard enough cause I found one on this site and it came to me pre programmed.
Received computer and it's faulty. No communication with truck. Scan tool and locksmith computer also failed. Ecm currently in return shipping. Hopefully problem is resolved quickly
Easy to find the part and place my order. Very professional and quick processing and delivery. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
