The order was fine, but the part does not match and then it was stolen.
Placed an order for reprograming my ECM. I bought my own, I had the bad one removed from my Mercedes-Benz GL450, I called car computer exchange, they said they can reprogram and have my unit back to me within 10 days of arrival. Around noon I gave my CC info, within seconds the money flew out of my account in the amount of $618.95 which included shipping to and from. I was told that within an hour I will receive an email with the shipping label. Onehour passed, two, i called back they said it will come by end of day, this was on a Friday. I called back again just before they closed, they said to call back to tomorrow Sar. I asked if open, they said yes although online said closed. So I called Sar, wow what a surprise, CLOSED, and from then on it became a chase, i kept calling back the following week, multiple times, where is the shipping label so I can send my unit out... nothing but runaround. Finally a week later, I asked for a full refund, they said OK. Will take 7 to 10 BUSIENSS DAYS, ITS BEEN NOW OVER TWO MONTHS AND NOTHING BUT BULLSH*T. No returned calls, no replies to email requests for refund, called over60 times, sometimes i would get someone, but put on hold then hung up. Filing a lawsuit against them. Contacting State attorney to report Fraud - STOLE MONEY, NO SERVICES EVER RENDERED FOR 618.95.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
