The results were perfect and very prompt. Everything worked as expected.
Do not buy from this company. They have the absolute worst customer service. I bought a computer that was the wrong part and needed to send back. They received the part on January 11 2024. The refund was "processed" on the 11th of January. I called to inquire about the status on the 15th. Was informed they had a 10 business day processing period. Waited until the 10th day. We still did not receive anything. When I called back i was informed to email their billing dept. The billing dept said " Thank you for your email. I do apologize about the delay. I will resubmit your account for a refund. Please give it a few more days." That was on January 25th. I have since emailed them January 31st, and February 2nd. We called on February 2nd as well. They said to "wait for the email regarding this matter." We called again on this matter on February 5 2024 and was told that " Youll have to email them." When asked when will I get a response their answer was "As soon as they get to you." Additionally when asked the information to send correspondence to they said "Its on the website. Just look there."
This is currently February 5 2024 at 1255 EST. We have yet to hear anything from this company. We have given them several chances to make the situation correct. They fail to do so or even let us know what is going on. They effectively (assuming due to the lack of response) have stolen our money and refuse to give any explanation as to where the money is or what the status is. They currently owe $218.95.
I will remove this review when they have corrected the issue. Until then, let this be a warning to any buyer that is thinking about doing business with this company.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
