Horrible Customer Service! My furnace is bellowing black smoke because of a nossle they installed (without my permission) incorrectly, after I called them because my house had no heat. The service man Jason, refused to come back and fix the problem because I was not going to pay them for an incompetent job. Now I have no heat, a four-year old son who is sitting next to a space heater and it's 3 degrees outside. There was nothing wrong with my furnace in the first place, Cardinal Glidden did not fill my oil tank like I had asked them too three weeks ago. I ran out of oil and had to call them, thinking I had an issue with my furnace, only to find out they didn't fill my tank and were going to charge me for their mistake.
Everytime I call regarding ANYTHING their customer service is horrendous. Please work on your customer service skills, hate to see a great family company lose customers because of sassy attitudes.
