The whole process was discouraging. After waiting the allotted time for my resume, cover letter and e-cover letter, I was presented with a resume only. After waiting a few more days, I finally received my cover letters. Following the instructions on the FAQ page, I waited over 30 days but did not receive any interest from employers in regards to my resume. I contacted careersbooster.com requesting a revision. I was instructed the it was over 30 days and could no longer get a free revision! CLIENTS BEWARE, this is not clear on their FAQ page! I feel as if I have been scammed and customer service was absolutely no help! I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is what I should have done to begin with!

I gave my sister the money to order a resume and cover letter from careersboosters.com. I was surprised that she hadn't managed to get even one interview a month later. So, I had to confront her. Then I found out that she had paid a friend of a friend a little part of the money to get the resume to apply for jobs. I was furious with her and immediately ordered for the resume to be edited by careersbooster.com. It was a great idea and she started getting interviews after applying with the resume we received from CareersBooster.

What a horrible experience! The resume, LinkedIn page and the Cover Letter all had grammatical and spelling errors. How can this happen with a so-called professional writer? I had so many errors that I had to request a conference call to discuss directly with the writer. They blew me off TWICE and never made the calls. When I asked what happened, they claimed that they do not allow any contact with the writers directly to "protect their privacy". I really doubt the writers have a real grasp of the English language. They are LIARS! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

The writer simply reformatted my submitted resume. After speaking to customer service (who take forvever to answer) about the poor quality of work and the writer reformatting my resume and adding new information I posted in the information for resume section, word for word they said they will "investigate" the matter in 5-7 days. Iam in the process of asking for a refund. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Write your own resume better!

Resume+CV+recruiting thing ordered. Yet not sure about the usefulness of the recruiting additional but the written resume and CV are pretty much outstanding if you ask me.

It is completely worth the money despite the fact some resume packages may cost much. But on my opinion something extensive cant be cheap - I loved the resume provided for me!

Stay away from this company. After the writer produced a resume that looked like it was for another person, had nothing to do with the stated job position and used terrible word choice and grammar, I asked for a new writer. Although I granted the writer another chance, he basically gave me the same resume, so I asked again for a new writer. They agreed, so I waited two weeks and got nothing. They never passed it on! When I asked for my money back, they made me produce a list of violations even after knowing what happened. I took the time to detail the issues and they only offered me 30% and at some point 40% in the dozens of emails that went back and forth. This was theft - they took my money without producing a resume. When they told me my case was closed, I told them I would contact my credit card company. They seemed scared and offered another 20%. Never a full refund and kept asking me to submit another list of violations which I already had done. Totally unprofessional company with support staff that clearly do not communicate with each other or know how to communicate (whether verbal or written) with clients. Do not waste your money or time with this sham of a company. I only wish I had read these reviews first as as there seems to be a definite pattern with those experiencing problems like mine. NOTE: They will probably respond to this review just like the others - to submit my complaints for Quality Assurance to review - and to accept their sincerest, kindest apologies. This had been done.

Resume in time, good style, good table layouts. Looking simple and informative at the same time. Together with it done in time I think that is all needed to call an order "successfully completed".

I paid for a resume edit and KSA, with an expedited timeline. I couldn't be more disappointed. They have missed timelines, produced a sub-part product and are lacking responsiveness when I try to escalate. Only through filing a compaint with the BBB did I get them to response to me.
