Waited & waited for weeks for this package, which was urgent to use. Tried to contact the company, but it was impossible, the order code was not accepted in their page. They didn't inform me that it was an overseas shipping and that i had to pay customs when finally arrived after almost 1 month. This is a very unproffesional company. Would never buy again!

Order was being processed for over a week. I decided to cancel the order. I'm still waiting for a refund. That was a week ago.

I have a long term illness. It is now my daily goal to do this company as much damage as possible. Facebook, Twitter, instagram, LinkedIn What's App, Snapchat and kik.

I keep getting goods I have not ordered and money is taken from my bank every month. I returned goods as soon as they arrived but no refund. I spend over £3 each time for postage. There is no delivery note with the goods, therefore no number to refer to. Have tried the Spanish telephone No. But unobtainable. Web sites insecure sites

One of the worse experiences when buying beauty items. After two over weeks of my purchase no shipping information so I contacted them, was told they are out of 1 item out of 5.7kg parcel so about 15 items in total. I had to contact them to tell me this? I selected a replacement product and after another week was told when contacted again that my order is not shipped because the product I selected is not in stock too! What a nightmare. Who does it. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and refund issued they said after a few days waiting again time that it was shipped. I am still waiting for it to arrived. Now imagine how many people have the same problem. By law companies can't take your money and not provide goods in the time you agreed when ordering it and if there are delays they should inform you. I bet there is more people I am going to report you as soon as I receive order and inspect it. Just wait!

Appalling company. Do not use. They essentially ran me around for 3 months chasing the delivery and then saying they take no responsibility. They have essentially stolen my payment and claim that their terms mean they are not responsible for non-delivery from their courier

Order placed and paid on August 23,2023 is still not delivered on September 21,2023. No communication from them, no respond to my inquiries. Not acceptable company service, taking money and not delivering merchandise. Don't ever use them.

I bought 4 bottles of Myrsol. I recieved a box of smashed glass and spilled lotions. They were just tossed in a box w no wrap protection whatsoever. Contacted them. They asked what broke. I told them and was then ignored for weeks. My bank went after them. Suddenly they talked to me and refunded me for the broken ones. No apologies whatsoever from these ignorant ppl.

Am in New Zealand. Ordered item on line. Was dispatched within a couple of days, as per tracking record.
Took a month to get to NZ. Not Carethy's fault, as not surprised because of the shipping delays to NZ due to limited transport capacity as a result of Covid.
Goods arrived and we are very with product.

They will withdraw money from your card without authorization and send things, if you return them worse because they will never return the money to you either. They do not have an efficient telephone service or contact you have to sneak around to find them. Their reviews are very bad they are thieves

After calling them many times, I was able to talk with a Customer Service agent who was able to identify the problem and the package has finally arrived.

Don't buy from this company. Until order confirmation everything was excellent. Until you ask about your delivery, they never inform. I was waiting for 3 months for my order delivery. They did not inform anything and of course no refund from my order I did not receive

They have never sent the products!
I was waiting for my order 1,5 months with no result. After numerous promises to send it, I have cancelled my order. Carethy promised to reimburse but never did it!

Estimated time for delivery was 7 days, 17 days later still no delivery. Playing tricks along with the shipping company! Don't order from this site, stay away.

Carethy were cheapest on line for the three items I wanted plus postage, so on 18th July I placed and paid for my order and received an email saying estimated delivered between 22nd & 26th July. Only then did I read the reviews. Horror, shock! I was horrified at so many negative reviews and fully expected to have lost my money. However on 23rd July my order arrived, well packaged, no leaks, no damage, I was so relieved. Cant fault Carethy.

Order delay like 10 days now, not tracking information.I have emailed them twice and been ignored completely. Would not recommended to buy from this company!

I normally don't write reviews but this company does not deserve anyone's business. Waited and waited for my order and never arrived. Customer service is non-existent.

I placed my order on April 16th and was given the estimated arrival date of April 23rd to 28th. In May I asked where my products were, there were no updates under the tracking details. On May 8th it said my order was only processed that day. I sent another inquiry on June 30th with no response. Today is July 3rd and I have not received my products, any updates or responses to my concerns. I will definitely never order again.

Absolutely do not buy from this website.
I payed for a hair removal cream and after 10 days of not hearing back I contacted them they then said they'd get back to me in 48 hours, they didn't.
I emailed them again, they said the product isn't available and i requested a refund which they said would be with me in 14 days. NO REFUND WAS SENT and its been closer to a month now.
SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered products from Carethy and never received them. They are refusing to reimburse my money by giving me a complete run around. I would never suggest anyone use this company

I have purschased an item on Carethy and received an e-mail saing it was no longer availabe and if i wanted the refund. After seven month emailing and asking about the refund i still haven't got it. I received an email saing that the refund woul be donne in 15 days, and if not to speak with the bank. But the bank said that they couldn't do anything.

Carethy never delivered the goods i ordered and despite chasing repeatedly in writing to get a refund I never got a response. Do not trust this shop they are dishonest!

I bought some products from the site thinking what a bargain. The amount came up to over £70. I received a text message a few days ago that my parcel was delivered. However, id been home all day and nothing was received. Hence, I telephoned Parcelforce and they confirmed it HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS BUT TO ANOTHER. What I confronted Carethy.net they just kept on confirming it was delivered when I told them to email specifically with my address to parcel force confirming that the parcel was in fact NOT delivered to my address. However, that too is an issue for them and they are asking for me to email my signature and proof of id which I never would as this is in breach of my data protection. I truly hope someone reads this before purchasing like I wish that I had done as truly just before xmas 2021 this is the least stress I need on top of the stress brought on from the pandemic!

Carethy takes your money and does not issue a refund when products is not in stock. I have waited over 30 days since my order and have now filed a chargeback through my credit card. So annoying to have to spend hours to get my own money back - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

No items received! Had to send several emails to find out - None contacted me about the items not being in stock. Slow respons from customer service and no refund was offered - Only 10% extra on a "gift card" and now I'm filing for a chargeback through Stripe. Businesses like these should NOT have access to Stripe or PayPal etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.
