Too long to process of everything from your app. Too complicated, signing is ridiculously hard! Can get value of my car!
It seems as tho MANY UNSCRUPULOUS and SHADY Automobile Dealerships advertise on CarGurus, SO BE CAREFUL AND PROTECT YOUR MONEY.
CarGurus has a place where you can review the dealership
They encouragee it by sending an email to remind you.
I've looked at & made full price offers on several vehicles and to say the least had most dealers add thousands of dollars in extra FEES. I'm not talking government fees such as taxes etc... I'm talking DOC FEES, reconditioning fees, dealer prep, nitrogen in tires, etc...
I don't know about you, but I want air in my tires it's been used for over 100 years!
If I want something added to my vehicle, I'll ask for it!
So when it comes time for me to write a review, I'm quite critical of some Dealerships to try & protect other people.
CarGurus will edit my review or not post it at all if they don't like it.
Does anyone remember Ralph Nader?

I don't like seeing people get screwed out of their hard earned money.
Bottom line - Protect yourself & guard your money, be on the look out for scammers.

Team is very rude. They don't tell you whole process upfront. Keeping adding things. You cannot get even your listing that they cannot post.
Garbage and waste of time. Dealer don't return messages there scale of fair pricing is bull and way off in favor of dealers.no way to close account.

Why are dealer vehicles " great buys" when the identical vehicles in better shape with lower mileage sold privately are " overpriced"?
They charged my credit card. Never listed my car. I wrote several text messages to them. I have never responded.
My appointment was on time buying my truck was a great and I will do it again. Great price great price great deal.

Car gurus offers protections for dealers in removing negative reviews. That is why you won't see them on their site.
Good luck reaching anyone by phone or email. I'd have more success using a newspaper. I did however get tons of unsolicited emails and adds.
