Earlier this year I bought some Speckled Cranberry pole beans from you. Not a single one sprouted, whether in-ground or on my heated seed sprouting setup. I am a very successful gardener for many years. I believe that somehow your seeds were irradiated during shipment and were killed. I have not had time until recently to inform you of this unfortunate situation. Hopefully you can make it right. I'd love to grow speckled cranberry next year but you may want to check your seed stock. Thanks in advance.
My order for 1 package of Trinidad pimento peppers was only 3.95 but the shipping charged 17.20. Seemed ridiculous for a small package of seeds, but to be sent to Spain so I paid it. That was April 30. May 5 I got a shipping order and tracking number but when I tried to track on ups the message was 'status not available. Number may be wrong or status update unavailable. Please check your number'. Now June 29 and still no seeds. Lost the summer growing season for peppers. Have sent emails asking about my order but haven't heard back. Do not order from this company. I think they are scammers.
This was a very easy to navigate website, found my desired plant to order. Delivery was very quick and the bulbs look to be in excellent condition. Shipping is rather pricey but if these bulbs bloom, it will be worth it.
Like to know if they have location in nyc, us. I would love to be able to shop fresh vegetables such as purple sweet potatoes. If any know can you tell me where to find fresh Purple sweet potatoes please. Thanks. Ps i am a potential new customer

I needed a particular variety of dahlia to grow for my daughter's wedding. My research led me to Carribeangardenseed, but was not familiar with the company, and a little worried about the quality of the tubers. Everything arrived quickly, and in excellent condition.
We ordered 10 summer squash seeds for $2.94 and the shippiing was more than the cost of the seeds. We did receive 12 seeds. We are experienced gardeners. Only TWO of the TWELVE seeds even sprouted. There is no email or phone number on the website to contact them. We would NOT order from them again.
Order placing is very simple and painless. For the next 10 days absolute silence from the company. Then after repeated emails asking for the status of the order, they gave a USPS tracking number. It is almost a week since I was given the tracking number. The item was yet to be given to the USPS. Pathetic excuse of a company to exist.

They took my payment, when i inquired they let me know it would ship next season
I replied that i did not want to wait and wanted a refund no response 3 weeks and counting
I have a healthy green thumb. Dwarf zinnia and dwarf marigold seeds purchased from this company failed to germinate - not one. Zinnia and marigold seeds collected two years ago from my own stock were planted at the same time and are thriving. I should have stuck with the supplier I usually buy from and should have read reviews of this supplier prior to ordering. No response to email.

I ordered 3 live Aji Amarillo pepper plants 3 weeks ago, and I never received my order. I've emailed them 4 times, and they never responded to any of my emails. They have no phone number listed on their website to call. Now I'm dying on hold with my credit card company to try and get my money back. What a crappy company!
They had the flower seeds I was looking for. I look forward to planting the seeds and watching them grow. I will definitely come to them again the next time there are seeds of plants I am looking for.
Ordered 4 seed pks for total of $10, had to pay $11 shipping. 3 wks later USPS says a label was generated but they have not received pkg. They don't answer phone. They don't respond to "chat". Going to dispute my order. They actually had the nerve to ask for a tip with the order and all the bad service reviews they get. Corrupt!

I ordered these plants over 2 weeks ago and have not recieved the plants or a tracking number. I called the number provided but it sent me to a message machine. I have not recieved a call back. They took my money though, I will be disputing this purchase if I dont recieve some form of communication from this supposed company.
Ordered Sunday 3/13. Paid expedited shipping. Promised would ship in 2 buisness days. Invoice printed shows 3/17 so it didn't even ship until that day or most likely the next day. Just arrived today Friday 3/25 and 1/2 are moldy and/or squishy and unusable. For $33 shipped for 1 lb pf aji dulcet #1 "Fresh Pods" they say, it's a complete shame. Will not order again. Ever.
I was very pleased by the fast shipping and condition of plants upon arrival. The plants arrived in good condition, and were packed with care (plants carefully wrapped with rootball intact and secured with tape to the box to avoid movement. Great job Caribbean Garden Seed!
I ve ordered stuff from them. They said u will have in 2 business days i still ve not recieved nothing n this was from july 7 2030 n u cannot get a hold of no one bc no answer n they using the covid 19 bulk$#*!
I placed an order for bulbs on April 26th. Today is May 9th and I still haven't received my order. I have been trying to reach out to them through phone calls, emails and chat messages and I am not able to speak with anybody. I am calling my bank to cancel my order and I will never order from these people again.
I purchased aji amarillo seed and I follow the instruction but I never get a plant. I think the seeds were old or no good at all. I call and email to be replace them but no reply. I never will buy any seed from this company.
Two weeks later and item has not shipped, with no communication other than the first confirmation email. I even emailed last week before leaving this review. Will open dispute with credit card.

I had ordered elephant yam and paid for priority shipping ($18.91 full price), what I got was a rotten piece. Seller does not even reply when you write back. Total waste of money!
This company can't keep up with demand. Customer service is horrible. I ordered seeds over a month ago. 2 days after ordering, I received tracking info. 20 days later, the company still hasn't pulled my order. They don't respond to emails. After many attempts they answered the phone and said they were very busy because they were receiving 2000 ordered a day, but promised to send my seeds"next week"... yet didn't even ask for my order number. I guess that's their standard response. That was two weeks ago and I still don't have my seeds, nor has there been any movement on my shipment. The seeds could have already germinated by now if they would have shipped them. I will never buy from them again since they don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction. If they can't fulfill orders in a timely manner, they shouldn't accept the orders, or at least have the decency to tell people to expect their shipment in about 2-3 months. Well, I'm hoping I have my order by then, but I'm not holding me breath. There are many seeds companies online, pick another one.

The shipping was high, it jumped from $3 for 1 item up to 10 just because I added 2 seed packs that didn't weigh anything! These Co's. Make money on us in the shipping for sure.
On April 10 I ordered Japanese Sweet Potato Slips. A month later I got an email hoping i enjoyed my order and would I like to reorder even though I hadn't received my order. I e-mailed the company 5 times asking where my order was and NEVER received a response. I started a PayPal inquiry and they contacted the company and never heard back. On June 1 I upgraded my PayPay concern. On June 13 th I heard that the order was unit's way. I wrote to cancel the order since I had already ordered elsewhere. The order arrived on June 17th even though I wanted to cancel. I'm going to see if I can still get a refund but I am not hopeful. Over 2 months to receive an order that I could never verify.
