Earlier this year I bought some Speckled Cranberry pole beans from you. Not a single one sprouted, whether in-ground or on my heated seed sprouting setup. I am a very successful gardener for many years. I believe that somehow your seeds were irradiated during shipment and were killed. I have not had time until recently to inform you of this unfortunate situation. Hopefully you can make it right. I'd love to grow speckled cranberry next year but you may want to check your seed stock. Thanks in advance.
My order for 1 package of Trinidad pimento peppers was only 3.95 but the shipping charged 17.20. Seemed ridiculous for a small package of seeds, but to be sent to Spain so I paid it. That was April 30. May 5 I got a shipping order and tracking number but when I tried to track on ups the message was 'status not available. Number may be wrong or status update unavailable. Please check your number'. Now June 29 and still no seeds. Lost the summer growing season for peppers. Have sent emails asking about my order but haven't heard back. Do not order from this company. I think they are scammers.
I ordered one time before this one and they seem very sluggish in delivering, I had to write an email because my ordered was frozen in time in between their company and a carrier for weeks waiting for a label according to them but I got my seeds after a while and I decided to give them another chance, this time I ordered two different seeds but the order arrived incomplete, even the check list in the package said it was there but no, it wasn't, I immediately sent them an email but not a word, so I went to their site and went into their chat and nothing again, I even left the chat open for a couple of hours but nothing, I went back to emailing them but still not a word. These people get their money and then forget about their clients, apparently they don't care for their business, I'm starting to believe they are another corrupt company.
Please file a report with a law enforcement agency or government organization if you live in The U.S.A.
Do not buy seed if you live out U.S. A even if you use PayPal.

Finally, I can make a proper sofrito with peppers I'm growing from the wonderful aji dulce plants & culantro seeds I received from caribbean Gardenseed. My plants are setting fruit now & I cant wait. I highly recommend!

My lilies are growing. 3 of them are about 6 inches tall. One of them is a nub. It just doesn't want to grow. I've tried protecting it, thinking something was munching it. But it just won't grow.
Extremely poor quality. I am an experienced gardener, I followed the instructions as per the package planting instructions. None of the seeds came out. A total waste of money.
It smells very bad and once soaking it, it only expands a little bit. Other sea moss I have gotten smells like fresh sea and expands much more than this does. Very disappointed.
I paid $92 for garden seed from this site. The shipping label was created and then nothing. There was no shipment. They did not return my phone calls. They did not answer my messages. Nothing.
Thought I was getting onion plants and received onion sets. The onion sets were growing so that is a plus but I would much rather have received first year onion plants like I thought I was getting.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a packet of seeds to test out the company and boy am I glad I didn't order everything I planned to. I ordered the very first of June, Like the 2nd or the 4th. After emailing a few times asking when I could expect my order to process and ship I finally got an email saying it shipped a whole month later (website says nothing of delayed order processing). I received a tracking number but USPS has no record of it. After my "new" delivery date passes I recieve emails every day or so saying delivery date has updated showing another day or two to expect delivery. If you track it through Caribbean garden seeds email it says USPS waiting to receive the package.
It supposedly shipped out first week of July 2022 and here we are at August 14,2022 more than a month later and USPS still has not received the package.
Don't even bother emailing them, calling them or trying to contact them in anyway. You will never get them to answer the phone. In the multiple emails I have sent I got one actual reply asking my order number. Obviously this was an attempt to just push me off a few more days. Mostly you will just receive an automatic email the same automatic email that is sent to you every other day containing a fake tracking number and a fake new updated delivery date.
Any good reviews or even just not negative reviews of people claiming to atleast recieved they're orders from this company are affiliated with Caribbean garden seeds. My situation is not the only one. Multiple

Pepper plant arrived in the mail. Despite my amateurish gardening skills, it has proven hardy and has survived. I highly recommend.
Out of 3 plants only one started to grow. Two others did not survive transportation probably. But that one looks good.

No instruction when to plant it ( bulbs were sprouted). One package had bulbs wet / partially affected by rot.
I ordered 4 live hollyhock roots. I was expecting freshly cut stock and roots that were alive and ready to plant. What I received were 2 pkgs of old, dead roots, in pkgs you find in bigbox stores, clearly marked from another garden center, with a Carribeangardenseeds sticker places over the $3 printed price (I paid $9.99 for each 2 stem pkg)
The plants were so old, the small amount of stem disintegrated when I took them out of the pkg. And I was left with a bunch of loose dead roots. The soil was so old it had turned to powdered dust except for the pieces of perlite.
I emailed the seller immediately asking for a refund. That was a week ago and they have not replied. As I stated in my email to them, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they did not intentionally send me old dead plants. However, their lack of response indicates it was intentional.

I did a google search and found other customers who have had the same bad experience as I have. Terrible customer service. I would caution any shopper not to buy from this seller.
Plant arrived quickly and in surprisingly good shape. Good instructions inside on how to transition from darkness to sunlight. I will order again.
