Bought a dress for around £100, was faulty and not tailored correctly, so tried to return it, but the will not accept it, i took photo's of it to show them, and they say, thats how they produce the dress... still would not let me return it or give me a refund... they are imposssible to get hold of by phone or mail and it takes 2-3 days to get a reply via email... i still have a dress i don't want, thats barely worth £10... and well cannot do anything...
