I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

I have to use there services the representative asked me to choose where I wanted my car send for repairs. And they had all paper work send for repairs they made it so easy for me.
After looking at other companies. I found Carshied gave me the best care and coverage and price.

I was supposed to be reimbursed for money I paid that was covered by my policy with you. The repair place was paid immediately, but I am still waiting for my $177.00 back.
I was told that my money was on a list of first come first served. This is not acceptable. I can't afford to wait for reimbursement. That should have been sent to me immediately since it was your company representatives that denied coverage that was covered under my plan. I was told it would be an E check of which I know nothing about. I don't even know what e-mail address that it is supposed to come by. No one has bothered to explain what to expect.

I appreciate the assistance provided by Car Shield to offset the total payment due to the shop. However, I still had to pay approx. $450.00 that I didn't plan on.

What I thought was minor repairs turned out to be major. One call tp CarSheild and done. My Jeep was completed the next day and CarSheild paid over $2500 in repairs!

FOR ONE THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO INFORM THE REPAIR SHOP TO CALL CAR SHIELD FIRST TO RECEIVE A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE REPAIR WORK IS COMPLETED. ONCE CONTACT WAS MADE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (BOTH OF THEM) WERE RUDE AS HELL INFORMING US (THE REPAIR SHOP) THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO UPHOLD THEIR CONTRAT WITH THE CUSTOMER & THEY WOULD NOT BEING US. TOLD US TO JUST REMOVE THE NEW CAR PARTS, PUT THE OLD ONES BACK, & THEY WOULD SEND OUT A THIRD PARTY TO VERIFY PART IS DEFECTIVE & THEN HAVE US REDO THE WORK. THIS COMANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE & A WASTE OF THEIR CUSTOMER TIME & OURS (THE REPAIR SHOP). WE WILL NOT BE SERVICING ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM THIS POINT ON & INFORMING OUR CUSTOMERS TO NOT UTILIZE YOUR SO CALLED "SERVICES"...! 0 RATING FROM US!

Planned on canceling CarShield when I called. After the representative went over the Pros and Cons of leaving or staying it made my decision to stay easier.
The representative I talked with was great as he explained how to start the process.. I just had to have the business call CarShield. I knew what it would cost before the work started.
I saw their ad on TV. I also had my warranty expire.

And Repair Shop contacted Car Shield and Car Shield sent Repair Shop refurbished Transmission.
I did pay some out of pocket but most of this huge repair was covered by Car Shield

The service was great, when the shop stablish communication to star the process, car shield Rep told them what exactly they need (estimate, pictures and records) and then they took care of the bill.

My service advisor notified me that my water pump was bad on my car and needed replacement. Contract Car Shield and everything was handled by my service department and Car Shield.
Everyone I have spoken to have been very friendly and professional. They were very concern about me as a customer.
I chose Car Shield because they had notify me on several occasions and I received a email offering me a discount that I decided to act on.

I have made contact with several Delicious regarding a repair to my vehicle only to be informed they do not accept claims under CarShield due to previous bad experiences which were not detailed.
I want occasion I had a bad rep who was very short with me and provided less than correct information. I called again and received excellent customer service but from a different representative.

Told one thing, get to the dealership and it's the one part not covered. I checked and asked and was assured. Months later I was told it was. Not happy and never again!
