After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

Phone personnel very knowledgeable & pleasant on the phone.
Initial phone call was very thrall. Very short time for things to start rolling. Wrecker service showed up in a short period of time. Felt comfortable with the driver. Repair center called first thing the following morning.

Went to drop off my wife's sister at their home on the way back stop by the mailbox. I shut the truck off so I could open the mailbox when I notice I couldn't get the key off. I tried to turn on the truck, but it won't turn on I was unsure why it won't turn on I had just purchased a new battery. I gentleman came to assist me ask me to open the hood in which I did found the positive pole had a lot of acid around it. I clean it up and it turn on, but when I shut the truck off the key won't come out. I tried everything in my knowledge to remove the key by adjusting the Park, but it still wouldn't come out. I called Car Shield and spoke to Jennel she asked for my contract number, but I didn't have it on me. With few questions she able to verify that that it was me; she asked me to drive the vehicle home, and if wanted a tow truck. I said No the truck is drivable. She gave to different auto centers I could take my vehicle to Caliber Auto on Alamo Parkway, but then she mentions there was a closer Caliber Auto on Potranco Road where I live. That evening I fell to sleep, and my wife went to the truck, because her nephew told her what to do and she was able to remove the key out of the ignition. When I woke up about 10:00 pm she told me she had pulled the key out of the ignition, and push it in to start the truck, and the ignition released the key. I told her that's why I have Car Shield for these types of occurrences. Since then, the key ignition has been working fine. All I can say is that Car Shield was there for me, and Jennel was an excellent representative of Car Shield was very professional and out of her way to help me with my problem.
Jennel is a prime example of an excellent representative of Car Shield. She went above and beyond to assist me with my truck problem I commend her for her knowledge and search engine in locating something closer to take my truck.
I have always believed that a vehicle should full coverage, and car insurance that covers the vehicle maintenance. In the past I would purchase the vehicle maintenance warranty from the dealership, but when I saw the commercial on how Car Shield helps with the vehicle maintenance, I couldn't believe it. One day I had to get a flat tire repaired, and I was talking to the maintenance person. I asked him about Car Shield and that has he had people used it here. He mentioned that they've had a couple of clients have their engine replaced using Car Shield. I asked him how expensive the engine was, he said " on a Porche and Audie very expensive we had to order the engine". That when I realized I needed Car Shield cancelled my truck warranty from the dealer and purchased Car Shield as my truck warranty.
